Being new to yoga, this was the perfect place to begin. We were welcomed with big smiles and lots of encouragement, in our efforts to improve our health and well-being. Allen has gone from not being able to walk 5 metres without stopping, to playing golf and bowling multiple times during the week, thanks to consistent bikram yoga practice. I've trimmed down and have become more clear and considerate in my decision making. We love coming here and have never looked back. Thank you Mel, John, Richard and Di for always sharing your valuable experiences and being inspirational!

The teachers know their stuff and are always happy to help you improve your practice. My fitness has improved and my body now has more tone and definition. Thank you guys for helping me get there:)

I come to practice Bikram regularly and the instructors are so friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Every class is both challenging and rewarding, and the instructors give individual tips and guide the class well. They also donated 15 mats towards a refugee cause and this lovely message was received:

"Thanks for your kind donation yesterday.
I did do my first yoga session this morning after a long time and feel better.
Your kindness and patience is much appreciated. "

I’ve been doing Bikram Yoga classes here for several months now. So far I’m loving it! Being a beginner I was made to feel welcome by the teachers who’ve been super helpful & friendly.

I am a long time yoga enthusiast and practitioner. Due to the nature of my work I visit many yoga studios in Sydney and elsewhere. Bikram yoga Parramatta #BrikramParra will always be my home studio. Mel, Jon and their team are excellent yoga teachers.health and well being of every student is their primary focus. #BrikramParra is studio that genuinely welcomes and works with students from at all stages of their lives and all levels of health and well being. May long live this yoga studio this what yoga is truly about.

Hi
Just joined up after a 2 year hiatus from another Bikram studio.
We are on a $49 intro month unlimited pass.

My wife and I enjoyed Jon's classes which is encouraging and non-judgemental.

A bikram room as expectedly will smell a bit. This studio is no different to others. It comes to one's own expectations.

This has to be an absolute joke! The place is unhygenic, there is mold all over the wall and the floor, the floor is made of carper which stinks and has everyones sweat on it. This is my first and last time ill come here. I have been to so many studios and this studio by far is the worst. The staff are very rude especially the old man creeping on my wife. Absolute disgrace.

I started at BYP back in 2013. I was in a very unhealthy state after a lot of smoking, drinking and poor diet.
The first class I took was with Mel, she said to me "you're going to sweat A LOT", I did and I died but loved it, I could feel my spine readjusting back to health and I knew this what I needed to keep coming back to. I have given up the smoking and drink rarely (I am human haha) and my eating habits now come from a source of nourishment as opposed to emotion and stress. Between John's high energy and fun classes to Mel's healing words I was inspired to become a teacher. I have just graduated from bikram yoga teacher training as of November 2016 and am proud to have been given the male yogi of the year award by bikram himself and my associate Linda Lam has been given the best dialogue award. My ambition to help heal people's bodies and minds along with my own started at bikram yoga parramatta and I will be eternally grateful. Please do yourself a favour, come to studio, sweat it out and feel great.

An amazing studio with amazing teachers. Mel, Jon and the whole team are warm and welcoming and make you feel like one of the family. They are very knowledgeable about the body and yoga's effect on the body and will work with you to achieve your goals, whatever they may be.:)

This is absolutely the worst studio I have ever been too. I have practiced Bikram Yoga in many studios all over the world and I was very disappointed by this studio. The prices are exorbitant, there are no intro passes but only a monthly sign up, the towels were stained and the mats are cleaned by students (even though you paid for them). The sponges to clean the mats looked like they hadn't been changed in years, very un-hygienic! Expect to pay 3X the regular price for an energy drink too - these people are trying to make money any way they can because honestly, who would want to go back to a studio that bad!
