BIG4 Park Beach Holiday Park

Great location close to the beach and harbour, excellent facilities including pool, camp kitchen and pool. Some staff can be difficult and uncooperative

Fantastic Park! Kids loved it so much they didn’t want to leave. So many activities to do and the pool is the best. We stayed in a cabin and it was perfect. Best Holiday!

Nice big park, with a great waterpark/pool for kids. Lovely location. Great that the mini golf is free of charge. Downside at this park are the amenities. The shower/toilet block never seemed to be completely clean, the water from the showers ran off into drains in the walkway of the toilet block, so the floor was constantly wet and dirty. The showers seemed to always have soap etc on the walls and the sinks look liked they haven’t been wiped out in ages (it looked like this the whole time we were there). Not sure how often they are cleaned. The family bathroom is also tiny with no changing area for a baby, makes it kind of useless for a family with small children to use.

We stayed in a villa for 5 people for up to a week. The park was great for entertaining children and being family friendly but the cleanliness of our villa was a let down and it would have been more comfortable if we had our amenities upkept mid-week like new towels, fresh sheets and general clean.

Great holiday park and right across the road from the beach. Waterpark is excellent for children, would be great if they had a heated pool for colder days. The kids had a blast playing mini golf and the playground are good too

This caravan place is awesome and my 8 years old was upset to leave this place! I felt a lot space and the pool was amazing! Only one issue was the caravan site there was branch hanging over which find difficult to park correctly trying to not get it hit! Needs trimming the branches! Perfect shade and facility has everything! Definitely would return again!

Great place to stay with everything you could need. Camp kitchen was great. Place is very well maintained which is a plus. Kids had an amazing time playing the mini golf. Great walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean amenities, friendly staff, quiet (while I was there), great location, a tidy, well managed campgrounds. As Arnie would say: I’ll be back!

Great family friendly place has everything you need and more. Third time staying here and it's a pleasure everytime.

Had a powered tent site with artificial grass which is spacious and conveniently positioned near the amenities buildings its quiet and clean, with only a small amount of traffic noise and a frieght train line nearby with a train every 3 hrs or so, but not over wealming.
The facilities here are top notch with numerous camp kitchens with microwaves, electric hobs, kettles, toasters, heaps of BBQ areas and even an oven.
A TV room with a games room and lounges and of course a great pool suitable for kids, unfortunately not for adults.

Great location, fantastic facilities and amazing service from all the staff. We were given fresh towels, toilet paper, tea towel etc every 3 days. Bbqs were cleaned everyday and left with fresh cloths and sponges to keep area tidy. We stayed for 12 days in a cabin and we will definitely be back!

Campground is ok, especially for kids.
But, if you except an need a stable WIFI Connection, don't go there. The WIFI doesn't work and they're not interested in fixing it. A shame for an expensive Holiday Park like this.

Large caravan park, well laid out with grass and slab or all grass, all amenities are kept clean, staff are helpful and courteous, reasonable price, large water works for the kids or 3 minute walk to beach, highly recommend this park.

Looked so nice. They put us on a site that was too small and next to a camper van who had kids bouncing balls. They also gave us a leaflet saying we had to have 1.5 meters around our van. The a frame was on the gutter and the spare on the back was over the site behind. They also text you way too much.

We were made to feel welcome by staff immediately we arrived, they are so helpful and friendly, clean amenities and park, price was great and the location is fantastic

We actually didn't get the chance to stay as our flights were cancelled and we had to cancel our whole roadtrip last minute. I reached out to them and Natalie at Big4 was very helpful! She arranged a refund for us right away! Excellent customer service!

Great location, good staff, but updates is needed to facilities and WiFi doesn't not work in a satisfactory manner.

Price and location are unbeatable. The whole facility is enormous and quite well looked after. Mini golf is a hoot. Some gardens need a little work. Security is fine. Cabins are slightly tired, and are in need of minor repairs, repaint, broken hooks, rails, fittings. Kitchen is well laid out and modern but there's no oven. Parking an extra car might be difficult. Second bedroom is extremely small. Adults will struggle to get comfortable. The overall experience was good but let down by the size of the second bedroom and a few outstanding maintenance issues.
