New party section is cool staff are helpful decent selection of products and a large well laid out store.

I requested for a change of 2 $50 note once I bought some items in the counter. But staff refused for another $50 note change saying that their policy doesnot allow for change unless i do shopping. But, I did the shopping infront of them and I had 2 notes for change which staff member was aware too. They were simply not willing to do the next $50 change as far as my understanding is which happened on 23rd October around 2 to 3 pm. I would understand if they were busy or there was a long queue of customers but it was not the case too.

I felt like staff are not well trained for proper customer service to deliver.

Disappointed.

Suck a huge store. Books for only 12$ lovely staff and clean store. Great and easy access parking.

I've found this store to b an great place to get what u need the staff r always very friendly towards u as u enter the store I've never had anny issues with big w.young.

Got what i needed / wanted at good prices.
The store is well presented and staff are friendly and helpful

Staff always greet you at the door which is nice, good selection of products and always clean and organised

Plenty of variety, old wares and collectables, worth the venture to Wombat. Friendly staff and quality pieces.
