Generally a great place to shop. Prices pretty good. Very polite and very patient and respectful. Thankyou to Cin at Layby yesterday Saturday (21/10/23) You were very helpful, patient and I really appreciate the extra assistance you gave.

A large department store. Good displays and range. For example, Halloween. A good toy section for the kids.

Same as most Big W stores in size and variety. Good underground parking with a lift and ramp for people who may need it. Cafes and eateries near by in the centre. Prices are good.

As we lived in Wagga over 20 years ago, it has changed immensely. I was impressed with this shopping plaza. There is so much variety of shops and products available. I only bought drinks & doughnuts for the 2 of us, we sat in the food court, on the comfy lounges around the tables to relax & eat our food. I rated this Plaza 5 stars as we had a very delightful experience there.

Great store to shop at the only downfall is the lighting, very dull. But overall happy experience

Extremely friendly welcome to store at entrance. Good variety of products and sections. No DVDs available any more. Excellent organised book area. Plenty of merchandise. Plenty of undercover Parking. Clean shop.

Lots of different things to look at and maybe purchase. Plenty of books, toys and clothes as well as other things you would find in a department store.

It's a shopping centa can't stuff that much. Good selection of shops really good sushi in there

The range is good, convenient location for bigger shopping days. Plenty of underground parking.

There is a fantastic customer service worker at the entrance. Always so kind and goes above and beyond to help. He one time grabbed a trolley for me so I could put my toddler in and I was very grateful. I very much enjoy shopping at Big W cause all round it's a quality place.

Polite staff at service check out not as many wondering the shop to ask questions or ask if you need assistance a good missed P. A missed by me personally but a clean store and reasonable priced goods.

After 2-3 years and hundreds over dollars spent, I finally got offered a rewards card? The attendants rush you off so quick you don't have time to give it a thought.not good

I have spent more than 2k they lied to me item doesnot come with user manual. They should have told before buying or otherwise i ll complaint to headoffice.
