Had a difficult return to make and the girls at the service desk were amazing and so helpful and friendly. They finally resolved my problem and gave me a refund.

Nothing in stock of anything. Website advertising size 16 boy pjs, go in store and they literally don't exist, staff said they don't sell size 16 in boys pjs.

Today I was asked to put 4 items of clothing back on their racks after I tried them on in the fitting room. I politely told the girl, umm no I don't have time for that and last time I checked i wasn't on the Big W payroll.

So when did this become a prerequisite to trying on items of clothing?

I thought I'd done well to put them back on the hangers but this only lead to your employee bossing me around like I was her subordinate.

Good layout for the store. I was disappointed that we could only use self check out. Not my favourite thing to do

Easy to navigate, honestly just kind of fun to be in! Wide variety of products, which can be really cool. I was actually able to purchase a skincare product here that was only ever appearing listed at Chemist Warehouse, which was a great find!

Good shopping… BUT why put toys next next to Kids shoes? … Does BigW ever think about how much hassle they cause for parents of young children? … Give them a break!

Big W Tuggerah has improved much over the years. The shop looked fairly clean and tidy and I noticed Westfield security standing out the front of the shop when I first walked in. I used to work here a long time ago and it was stressful knowing that people would steal things and we could never do a thing about it nor security were never around. It was reassuring and good to know that they now have security close by at the front of the store. It may have been a one off, but still was a good feeling.

Needs a thorough clean. Felt like half the stock was just on the floor.

Big W is always the same staff friendly, plenty to dream about and lots to buy, see you there

Their range of goods is very good but getting help usually takes a fair bit of time. Costs are/were usually good.

Staff seemed a bit lacking in customer service. Training opportunity to help with sales would be beneficial for both customer & store.

I go there for dvds and hotwheels cars and they have unreal staff.that are very polite and helpful.

Everyone needs to wear a mask but welcome staff apparently think they don't need to. A bit off putting

Great display for back to school essentials at good pricing. Clothing however, the range of clothing, is lacking every time I've been to this store. Terribly disappointing.

Was very messy probably because of the Christmas holidays small store not like erina fair too crowded not enough room to get around to look at products

Great variety. A little bit of everything you could need. The staff are amazing. They are always very helpful and polite. It is a must visit for our family.

The actual store is good, things are laid out well but don't do click and collect. They must have stock wrong because the item I ordered apparently wasn't available anymore. It took 3 days before they let me know that it wasn't available but I expected it to be faster (I guess covid slows them down). You would think that they would just pick stock from other stores seeing as the item is available elsewhere but they just told me they were giving me a refund and now the item that was on sale is back to full price. It's a bit of a shame to be honest but they're a big company and probably don't really care that much.

DONT ORDER A CLICK N COLLECT ORDER FROM HERE AND EXPECT IT FAST 28 HOURS Later. Monday To Friday times

Order not packed for a person who has hardly left the house since covid19.

Waited at counter for 45 minutes to have a staff member go and find 4 items really.

Excuse we have too many orders let the customer know Don't take people's money and inconvenience them and not process the orders.

Not hard to send SMS updates on the progress of the order.

I staff member doing click and collect and heaps others packing shelves.

Another customer placed order before lockdown 2 ended 5 days to pick the order and they think that's acceptable and Lockdown had been ended 3 days really.

Don't try and ring head office the gate keepers WONT let you talk to anybody.

So glad Kmart and Target are in the centre

Very happy with how fast click and collect is ordered early that mkney and by 4 pm it was ready considering they had a 48 hr delay shows how hard working they are.cant wait to shop normally as i buy more that way as i cam see and try on stuff but still camt fault what a great job they have done.bring on dec 1st for more in store shopping
