A pleasure to go in to Big W

I like big W because it is the only place like it in the Port Stephens area and you can get most things there.

Poor customer service, staff didn't know there product prices in electronics section hence asking for the cheapest phone took aaaggggeeeess, also they sell skateboards but no skateboard tools.

Rude lady on the phone today was asking a simple question about a book then she started having a different conversation with her colleague ask how her day was and what she was doin

Great shop and service however the lay-by line up is usually chockers and the length of time it takes for customers to get what they came there for is enough to make you reconsider lay-bying at that shop

Bought A $159 stick vacuum, it is missing the wall mount, the crevice tool & the floor head has hair in it, so yeah not happy about that! So back it goes

Always clean, staff always friendly. Almost always has stock you want, happy to source if stock is unavailable.

A nice shop. Always neat and clean but more staff is needed as I spent a good 15mins searching for someone who could help

Was there just after lunch. You could have swung an elephant and not hit anyone. I was outside the store looking at bargain racks, in the ladies underwear, ladies shoes, stationery, home storage, dining, pet and garden areas. After about an hour, I walked out buying some doggy bags. They even went through the checkout at an incorrect price, and I had to get it fixed. I used to love Big W, but KMart is so much better in variety and value. The only plus I could find in Big W is that their registers are still near the exit.

Mary who answers the phone is lovely, it was only a brief interaction to be transferred to another department but she was courteous and enthusiastic sounding. I've been calling around to stores for a work issue and she stood out. 10/10

Clean, bright store. Has it's own toilet facilities. Reasonable prices. Good undercover parking. Located next to the food court with many different food choices. Most of the staff are friendly and well informed. Located in the marketplace with a variety of other stores.

Plenty of markdowns jeans, tops, dresses etc from $2. Grabbed plenty of bargains.plenty of parking and great place to walk around all the shops.

Part of my soul was ripped away by visiting this place. They have everything you don't need, at a cheap price subsided by slave labour and environmental destruction. Under the burn of fluorescent radiation, celebrate the theft of our humanity whilst you go about your sacred capitalist rituals.

Great specials, great parking. Needed a few items for holiday and was able to find I wanted. Staff were helpful.

I am glad that it is stocked with Christmas goodies to suit the budget conscious to Smart tvs. Lots of ideas for Christmas gifts at a reasonable price. Lots of parking underneath but usual Christmas congestion

Big W website had stock listed at other stores but when you called to check others had no stock. A call to Raymond Terrace was successful as they had the stock! Sharon and Katherine helped check and put stock aside to be available for my click and collect, which ran seamlessly. Great service.
