When buying a book from another store within the plaza make sure you have the receipt on you as the donkeys supervising self checkout will take your book from you and not give you the money back you paid for it. If I find the Karen that did this to me next time she will be told off.

Love shopping here so easy and the food good.coffee and donuts, muffins and sandwich. And more.

Large store. FIlled with products yet emits a scent of spaciousness. If such a word existed. Do I even exist? How can an individual answer that? The same way a collective can? With a strong central coherence and sufficient vision. On that, this store has puh powerful white lighting so ur visual modality shan't b taxed. U may involuntarily do double takes in disbelief at the price Cadbury's charges for the ol 180g blocks of choc E, but rest assured vision is not an issue for those who already C sufficiently here.

Great place to fill-in a few hours, ever if you're not specifically shopping for something. Plenty to see and do in a modern, air conditioned setting. There is a food court and multiple other food places dotted around the plaza as well. Heaps of parking and a service station where you can fuel up on you way out (also electric car charge staions.) What more do you need for the shop-a-holic or just looking for an excuse to get out of the house for awhile.

I don't know if it's just me but big w seems to be getting more expensive and we're have all the price check things gone

Not big w fault that there is a rep questions parents how they parent while she's representing a company or several. Short blonde curly hair, dark blue shirt side bag about 65 or so. Your going to make a remark to the wrong person one day mind your business do your job. U made not only u look silly but your bosses also. Enjoy cause I called them too. Adiós.

I refused a bag check. Walked away, then the lady who questioned me, who had no name tag, looked like a customer to me, then called up Security, who intimidated me, yelling, 'Come here. ' I filed a complaint to the local police on Sun 19 June. I had bought only electronics, and paid for it there, another lady, who worked in that counter, recognised me (dyed hair) but said nothing. The humiliation was extended with the security guard, Greg, who said he worked for Big W. I spent over $250 dollars. Original Trans: 9716. The police are investigating the incident. Well done B W, guilty until proven innocent. Nothing like enhancing Sunday shopping with some suspicion and intimidation. I want this resolved. They don't even deserve a one star rating.

Lost receipt for a product purchased at Priceline in the Big W store & then had to leave the product with staff at Big W while I went back to Priceline so they could contact Big W and tell then I was on camera purchasing it. Embarrassing and no effort made by store to resolve. Priceline & I had to deal with them. No apology for the bad treatment.

It was busy & only one checkout open. Staff wandering around auto checkout. I asked for assistance to open more checkouts. I was ignored. I blame management. I left everything that I had intended to purchase. Big W lose. Not mine. And they wonder why Big W is not performing. What happened to good service. It doesn't live at Big W.

It's a big W store.nothing special.
Fantastic after a revamp inside, seems bigger and brighter, everything is easier to find.now just get some checkout personnel to man the checkouts.not the self serve.

Always has got something I can spoil myself with, staff are great, prices are great and stock is pretty good compared to other stores

I absolutely love big W it's one of my favourite stores, I love the great range of products and love the men's wear, well I love to look around the whole store. Has good cheap prices.

Great shop with all the normal items, real nice foyer with couches for the tired shoppers. Elle bought plants and did a JP matter out front. Excellent staff and setout.

The store was busy and checkout was fast. Found what was looking for but disappointed mens t shirts only went up to large not xxl in many. Hey we all get bigger at some stage. Some parts of store had been changed around which does annoy you when in a hurry. Overall prices were good and plenty to look at.

As with all the " newly designed" Big W shops you have great difficulty on finding what you want.
When you do find it often inappropriate sizes lack of variety.
Then of course those cash registers located in the middle of the store with no or maybe only one person who is interested in helping you.
I tried to get a person to assist at the cash register (they don't pay me as a Big W employee but expect me to be the operator) the best they could do is refer my complaint to the Manager.
To add insult as you leave one of two things happen
The door person treats you as a shop lifter or
A multi cultural person " couldn't give a stuff" and gets paid for standing at the door.

All I wanted to buy was a pair of shoes for work as I recently broke my big toe. I needed a pair of soft top shoes and I found a pair that would suit perfectly cost $30. To be happy to buy I ask the attendant working on that department if I could buy a pair of socks to try them on. My answer I received was we don’t have socks and we don’t allow try ons. With that reply I replaced the shoes and walked out of the shop. For many years I have worked in sales and if that’s how attitude have changed with store salespeople I’ll never shop there again.

Racially profiled my mother, she came home upset because 2 women at the front door pulled her aside to search her bag. They touched her belongings in the process of searching her bag which they have no right to do, after finding nothing in her bag they were dismissive and rude. No apology nothing.

They are very helpful and if they don't know what you are after they will get someone to help you

Typical BigW shop. No different from any other. They usually have JP services out side of the shop which is a bonus.
