Just wanted to say thank you to Big W Liverpool with your amazing service yesterday/ last night! Spoke with Shauntelle/Chantelle yesterday from the service desk and she amazingly assisted me with everything that I needed and coordinated from other different locations and was able to do everything.

They clearly never heard above something called customer service. You are with your own finding the things you looking for and when you find it, it was clearly returned item from other customer and they just stack it back on the shelves.most items out of stock

There are plenty of products and average quality, but there is not enough stuff in the store. The line on the register is too long.

Wait way to long in the queue to be served had to go to the checkout 20 min with 2 people in front of me

Offered 50% off for some items for Black Friday. But we found out competitors were selling same products at slightly higher than the offered sale price normally. So, overall, it wasn't really a 50% off offer. We were disappointed by this method of discounting.

Not all stores had the product in stock on the first day of sale. It felt as though Big W didn't give much care about offering customers a good deal for Black Friday sale.

Items were difficult to find. Website showed items were in stock and staff had to look for it at the back to find it. They were not readily displayed for a big store.

Good store but just last month I ordered a home delivery but I haven't even received my items yet. 3 DVDs I even contacted Big W by email but it seems they ignored my message because I haven't received their reply.

Best off buying items at store. Never know when my items are coming and I can't even get a refund.

They said there would be lengthy delays during pandemic or lockdown, but they ALSO say it's estimated delivery of 10 days.

I am wondering if ordering online for home delivery a scam? Because I've been waiting for a whole month already! It should be at my home address by now.

I'm.warning others better off buying from store.

Plenty of options under one roof but after Kmart entered Westfield Liverpool, it seems to be losing its charm. However, at the same time it offers you services that Kmart doesn't - birthday decoration and helium balloon service desk and section. Plus it offers you branded apparels at competitive prices whereas Kmart seems to be focussed on home brands completely.

It's Big W. Just like any other Big W. I get rewards points that convert to Qantas frequent flyer points.

What a wonderful experience this morning the works from 8: 30am till 9: 00am were fantastic all the workers were approachable. Wasn’t expecting that sort of service. Definitely keep it up!

Very helpful staff at this Big W, wide variety of goods on offer and many specials with big savings, even the woolworths brands are discounted better than Woolies supermarkets although limited to certain grocery items.
A vast peruse of so many items on offer makes it hard not to find something you need or just want anyway, a great shopping experience.

Big W, large and spacious sells all your everyday low priced needs and other goods. Ranging from cleaning goods to snacks, toys, clothes and cleaning needs.

They are open for click and collect as of this post but when they were open they had all the usual Covid complainces in place sanitisers and wipes.

Year 2021 and I can online shop for this store because of Covid no one can enter the store. My online experience with this store has always been great. The security and staff that meet you at the front or at your car are lovely.

Not many customers in the shop but hard to find any sales person. Stock level is not checked or filled in.

Good centre with lots of stores. Hygiene a different matter. Food court cleaning staff use same cloth to wipe tables, without rinsing and no use of disfectants. Wow, during this time of advertising social distancing and personal hygiene, would you not think wiping over tables with appropriate cleaning solutions should also be included.

When it comes to winter clothing Big W is the best value & quality for money, than Kmart. For example I bought a fantastic, long sleeve blue navy hoodie with pockets for only $15, a beautiful T-shirt for $10, nice winter slippers for $6. K-mart may be able to compete with Big W on Bikes but Big W is simply the best in clothing & variety & quality of Nokia android mobiles. Simply Awesome.

Busy store with limited stock. Suggest checking online for what you need before head out to avoid disappointment.

Great customer service from all memeber.they helped me find everything I needed for my 2 year old's birthday party, making it an incredibly easy and stress free experience.
