35Got all we need and would ever want. Pity aboutbthe plant section but you cannot have it all
Tried buying a voucher with a Christmas gift card and apparently that's not allowed. I can't use the gift card in PS store so I go to buy credits for said store as my gift and you guys can't sell vouchers correctly. Such an amazing way to celebrate Christmas and the new year!
Had a wonderful surprise when picking up my online order.
Order completed on time.
And a Christmas card with a chocolate inside.

Worst customer service ever 3 times in this store from front counter staff latest being this afternoon! Main click and collect lady always provides great service, unfortunately we won't return purely from the 3 bad experiences I'll take the 40 minute drive to kmart.
On the main Street.can't miss it. It's always busy but friendly staff willing and able to assist anyone who asks for help
Like big W we do not have any big stores where I live at macksville at least Kempsey only 30 minutes from me
As we do not have big dept stores in Kempsey it's good to have a big W as would have to travel to port Macquarie or Coffs Harbour

Lady on checkout when paying for my purchases was not friendly definitely didn't want to be there couldn't wait to get rid of my granddaughter and I and after spending $100 dismissed us and as we were struggling with our purchased items I had to ask for a bag which seemed to cause another problem because I had to pay another 45cents not a pleasant experience shopping at your store will not be back
Great choice of things to buy and the occasional bargain or sale is a great thing to find and way to make the day better
Always good bargains, love the garden shop, has good plants.great for kitchen items and toasters, jugs, etc. Love the bulk buy items too.

Some staff (NOT All Staff) need better customer service skills training.
Staff can re-stock; but they do not 'know' their stock shelved items.
However, while some (not all) staff may lack product knowledge, this is made up for by the heart of the BIG W staff. Evident by their courteous & polite nature when dealing with (sometimes not so friendly) customers and their everyday mundane requests and questions.
It is common to see staff going above & beyond to assist customers in locating items.
Rude sour women that need to find another career that does not involve customer service it's the worst big W going I travel to port Macquarie just to avoid this big W it's awful nothing friendly or inviting about it at all in fact I have shopped at big W once in the last year because the service is putrid EDIT 7/1/22 nothing has changed at all, still a horrible place to shop.
This was what you would expect from a big chain store. Plenty of parking and good service. The store is laid out well and the aisles are spacious. There were plenty of things on sale too. We had some film developed and they did a great job and the guy who served us was super friendly. There is good security at the store and the staff were efficient and friendly
They had what a wanted, got it, looked around on the way to the cashier and brought other goods thinking I wanted them. So I got them also well done Big W.
The prices are very good, plenty of choices, and to end your shopping, friendly, polite checkout staff
I do like Big W, I do find that it was completely unnecessary to cut off everything during lockdown, but it's a good place most of all do grab what you need.
Big W Kempsey Staff are fantastic. Steve from the photo/tech desk is extremely helpful and will always look after you. He is a credit to their team.
Completely outraged, I found one particular female staff member working the front door to be extremely poor mannered, aggressive and unwelcoming! This has put me off from ever wanting to return to this store. Absolutely Disgusted!
