BIG W Green Hills

Love shopping at BigW. Always lots of bargain but one important thing that is lacking throughout the store are mirrors. We shouldn't have to race to the fitting room each time to check if the colour of the items suits us therefore a few handy mirrors throughout the clothing section will help the customer as well will also decluts the fitting rooms. My opinion

Has its good and bad days of a shop. Just don't think to use your nsw school vouchers at check out.as you need to do that sort of thing online. Sucks big time

Disgusting attitude towards me from one staff when I wanted a trolley. Some peeps have back and leg problems. Had to carry the shopping all the way down to the car park. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER

Don’t buy the wrong size item on special they’ll try make you pay the difference when you try to exchange it for the same item in a bigger size filthy

Went to the fitting rooms today, and I'm not expecting the taj mahal, but I do atlest expect there not to be rubbish and stickers in there. Was not a nice experience!

Got almost everything I was after. Clean and tidy. Couldn't find a staff member out on the floor though.

I always find the staff to be incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the hardworking staff in the service area. As usual there is a great range of products. I especially like there book section and I always seem to walk out with one. It's a pity about the garden nursery section but that is in all stores. There is wheelchair access throughout and ample parking underneath. There are toilets near the service desk.

Its always easy to find what I'm looking for, always great service and patient staff, I love it here and seem to always over spend on my budget with bits and pieces that Ill use later

Great experience buying a new stroller. I had a rambunctious child with me but the staff at checkout were very understanding. Two staff members put the stroller together for me on the spot after a wonderful staff woman suggested they could do that. I had shopped here before and always found staff go above and beyond.

Special shout out to Christine in the photo/technology department who helped and gave me fantastic service yesterday. I’ve always found the people in that particular department friendly, patient and willing to help. Thank you.

Great place to shop and have coffee or lunch.

Looking for novels, plenty to choose from, didn't wait long for checkout service, great.

Disgustingly vocal about corrupt agendas to the point they will illegally coerce staff. When staff do not comply they get fired. Do not recommend as an employer and highly do not recommend there cheaply made products. A sad waste of space indeed. 0/5 stars.

Thanks for nothing Big W Green Hills. We have noticed one of your shopping trolleys abandoned near our driveway for OVER 3 weeks now. Despite our calls to you and your assurances that the trolley would be collected it is still there. Trolleys are are expensive and leaving them abandoned with your name all over them just shows your lack of care for the community.

Super easy to find the products that I needed and staff were able to help me with a query and click and collect has made shopping so much easier

Plenty of stock on shelves unlike media reports. Lots of space on entry and lots of checkouts open and help ok hand for the self check out. Shop was very clean, hand sanitisers at entry and plenty of QR codes to check in with.

One older woman checked my Father's bag as we were leaving. Okay great, that's normal. So far so good. But then she starts putting her hands all over our already purchased items, not acknowledging the receipt we politely showed her. It was quite uncomfortable. These bag checks usually take a few seconds but this woman nearly took a whole minute. She was rude, dismissive, made remarks/body language that suggests we were thieves when we literally did nothing for anyone to assume that. It made my Father and I very uncomfortable so we now avoid the store altogether.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED at this store and the way that staff is managed. Definitely will never return when the manager can't even foster a safe and happy work environment.

10/10 The lady that helped me in the electronics section went above/beyond and out of her way. Wish I got her name so I could have recommended her to everyone!

Very disappointing.
They have removed the standard checkouts so now the customer must do more and staff less.
This is a sad way to run a business.
