BIG W Cessnock reviews
45If I could give zero star I would, I went in looking for a dresser that was on there website hoping to purchase in store and get it delivered to my home but instead had a rude lady called Lee tell me it's not her job to help me? She was in big w uniform playing with dog toys and playing on her phone when I said oh my bad she told me to go ask another worker
Why are ur staff so entitled to either watch you scan ur items like ur about to steal something or rude and moody towards you for asking for help to do a job that they are employed to do? Absolutely disgusting service!
Not sure how I went in there to buy a jumper for $20 and left with yet another Flanno, a jacket for the wife and $40 worth of toys for the youngest grandchild but I did. It’s the Kmart effect I think…
Poor reflection on one of Australis's biggest retailers - very few staff lots of non stocked item time to Mercy Kill this shameful effort
Huge thank you to Sue and the team at Big W Cessnock. I was in a bit of a pickle when only 1 of 2 boxes of the trampoline I ordered arrived and they were so helpful. Absolutely amazing service!
Bought yoga gear and a magnetic rowing machine. Excellent value. Pleasant, helpful lady, Peta, at self serve checkout.
Employees are Nice, with an outstanding assortment but a bit dingy in some segments. Otherwise, Wonderful!
One stop shop for most household items, clothing and giftware. There are toilets at the rear of the store for public use. Friendly and helpful staff. Always spend way too much in here
Great store heaps of items, good range of electrical gear. Plenty of parking. Need more staff in store, very quiet on that point,
It's my favourite place to shop. The women's winter clothes are lovely. Such good value
Don’t by a printer from these flogs after six months they don’t carry the ink supply for them what a joke staff were less than helpful
The good thing about Big W is most of the products they sell there a pretty good in quality
So for the money you pay
It does the job.
Bought goods online, good system to advise them when leaving & again when you arrive. Pleasant staff at service counter, good experience.
Nice people. Beware what you buy. Bought 2 r/c cars n lasted 4hrs before just stopping for good. Mostly good stuff
Visit at least 3 times a week. Great staff. I just wish they got more products like other big w.
Also don't expect to get a disabled park out the front if you need it. They've taken most of them out to become click and collect bays
Never had a bad experience at Big Dub in Cessnock. They carry all the items you'd expect at their usual competitive prices.
Some shelves are empty, others low on stock. Customers have changed their mind and left odd items where they shouldn't be.
Worst shopping experience ever. Tried to return some shorts I bought yesterday and as the tags weren't on em could not return. Have my recipe but the rude women on the returns counter really upset me.
The stores great, small and not to busy, try avoid the locals. Usually they have a scar where their second head was removed.
I phoned the store asking if they had an item available that I was interested to purchase a garden product. The staff member was extremely helpful detailing what was instore & prices before deciding whether it was suitable for my purpose so I can go in to buy items required.
