BIG W Campbelltown reviews
34Best place to shop for growing children's clothes. I mean they are cheap enough to buy heaps and when they are growing fast we need new ones all the time
Grabbed some nice cheap lego there today for my boy. Nicely stocked and plenty of good bargains. Surgest anyone chasing Halloween decorations check out what have aswell as I was enjoying how much of range they had.
Same as all other Big W it's a thrifty shoppers paradise great products at great prices
Great shop, easy to move around, friendly staff and easy to navigate. Close to an exit/entry with disabled parking although it can be difficult to get a spot as they are usually full.
Typical big W. Free hand sanitiser is nice as you enter. Self service check out is spacious with a helper on hand.
Click and collect in lockdown was perfect. Easy instruction and was ready for pickup when I arrived.
Trying to use click and collect, most item purchased 1month ago are now not on the click and collect! Why? All that I'm after are items for my fur kids.
Items previously purchased can only be delivered. Not on! Please don't make it harder than what it already is.
Wearing a mask I arrived at Big W Macarthur around 12.30pm on Tuesday the 3rd of August 2021 going to buy Brita 600 litres water filter. A Big W lady employee greeted me and offered a help, and she really went all the way and beyond at helping me getting the filter (she had a look at the sample I brought, found it for me, showed me how to do an online order so I can pick it up right there in no time, and all with social-distancing and mask). Five stars to her and Big W, thank you: laudent eam in portis opera eius!
You ring up and Ask for a certain thing they in seconds tell you NO they don't have it. I don't they looked. I went in and found it straight away.
Worst customer service from a lady at the layby, she is blunt, no smile, just plain rude. Packed a elderly ladies layby items into plastic bags and literally threw them on the ground next to her. Absolutely disgusting
I purchased an item online that they only had a damaged version of in stock (figured this out). They still delivered thinking I wouldn't notice and just accept it damaged. Obviously rejected it. Sure enough get an email sent back saying they are out of stock and that I have been fully refunded without even asking if I wanted to wait for one more to come. Now that's dodgy.
Rude and unavailable staff make for an ordinary shopping experience here. Go anywhere but this store.
Great Big W store. I like the large variety of women's clothing available at this store.
They also have a large section for kids toys, games, Lego and video section.
I also enjoy looking through the wide range of books they have to offer.
I've Benn coming to this store ever since it was built way back.its an great place to shop.the staff r friendly and helpful.
Staff are knowledgeable and friendly, even have staff who use Auslan.
Prices are reasonable and product range is large.
Because the place looked after me knowing i buy hundreds of kilos of dog products and was out of stock one day after i travelled a long way and the manager done me a great deal she is absolutley awesome.
I got what I wanted but had to hunt about a bit, probably cause it's so big. Great prices of course
Everything you need is here! Very convenient at Macarthur Square we couldn't manage without it, I managed to get everything I needed yesterday without having to visit my usual Coles. Great!
