BIG W Bega

We dropped in to Bega Store this afternoon. Unlike most of these shops these days we were greeted by the incredibly pleasant Catherine. She asked if we needed help, she was in ladies wear, l was after PJ's from Mens wear and directed us to the exact place. It was so nice in these days of very little customer service to meet Catherine, a breath of fresh air and so helpful. We are holidaying and she gave us a couple of tips of places to see.

Literally, the greatest shop in the far south coast in terms of clothing, homewares (Bega Valley) Especially during the bargain or the sale season.

Great Service, staff very helpful. Bagged a bargain TV on the Day too. I'll be back!

Neat store, nice n Aireys, very friendly staff, had the things I wanted and at the right price.

I went in to buy a specific product and found what I was looking for, a great variety of styles and prices. Staff were friendly and quick service.

Love having a look around bigW! Went in for a table cloth not much in size and design but a great selection in xmas

I wanted to shout out to Amelia, who had helped my wife and me. She was fantastic from start to finish. She helped us by walking with us and helping what we were explicitly looking for; she got to know us and recommended some items. She would deserve it if there were an employee of the month or year. We have never had service like that before when we have been at BIG W, and we will surely be coming back and asking for Amelia's assistance. Well Done, Amelia!

Big W always delivers for me. They hold a range of quality goods at competitive prices. I bought clothing and camping goods.both items were winners!

A good selection of products that is always well presented. Easy under cover parking in the Sapphire Marketplace shopping centre.

The staff are helpful and understanding. Thay let buddy and i shop understanding that my new puppy can be left alone.

I've seen bigger W's in a child's alphabet book. It should be called medium W, or even average-sized W.

We purchased a Nintendo Switch game at this store when we went holiday in Christmas, after 2 weeks when we want to play the new game at home, we found it fking empty inside the box, 59 dollars for a empty switch game box, and its drive 5hours away from us, ridiculous

I am upset i can not go to Big W and shop after work. Most trades or workers finish at 5pm and Big W closes at 6pm. I would like to be able to get to Big W after 5pm and have a shop till 8ish. Thanks

Cheap.many products. I buy online. Parcel pick up available.delivery available. I like to buy online because ii am disabled.

BigW is the same no matter where you go. Just the attitude of staff changes & Bega has very nice helpful staff. Makes your day out more pleasant.

One of the helpful staff at the front counter would have to be the most helpful and polite people i have had the pleasure to meet. Annette was her name and i highly recommend her for assistance if u r visiting the store.

Clothing sizes available are not good. You either have to be a size 8 or larger sizes. Can't understand why size 10,12 and 14 are missing all the time.

We don't have a variety store near us so a planned trip to Big W is the answer for all our family needs.

Be careful buying technology because I got a phone with a broken charger and had a drama trying to return it
