This is the second time we've used Big Red. The first time was an exit clean from a rental property almost two months ago. Carpets were cleaned as well as the mattress in the main bedroom. They also steam cleaned two rugs at no extra cost. Because of their great service we've already had them here at our new home cleaning the leather lounge suite. Prices were reasonable and competitive for both services and so glad to see our lovely lounge suite nice and clean. In the past we've never found anything that would clean it. Already decided we'll make it a yearly thing. Finally, the service was all COVID safe. Masks were worn and we had to stay out of the rooms they were working in. All in all couldn't fault them.

A big shout out to Ben and Jake - fantastic to deal with! Just had carpets cleaned this morning and we are really happy with results. They arrived on time and we found both Ben and Jake courteous, polite and very efficient in completing our carpet clean. Would highly recommend their work ethic.

I was advised by my property manager that Gows Big Red Carpet Cleaning was the best in town when it comes to carpet. I did have a bit of miscommunication with one of the carpet technicians, but Brad (owner) called me after to resolve any issue I had. This company has the best equipment and the technicians are professionals. They really want to make customers happy, so they go beyond what is expected. I highly recommend their services to anyone.

I have used this company four times now and they are always professional and do an amazing job. Josh has been the person who has always come to my place. He is professional, quick does a great job and respectful of my home. He is also very knowledgeable and is always able to answer any questions I have.

After cleaning my previous house beautifully in the morning, I had an accident at my new home that involved a great deal of blood on new carpet. I rang Big Red and they kindly rearranged their work to come and clean my blood stains. They were wonderful.

Could not recommend Big Red in any higher regard! They recently completed a pest inspection and treatment on our Granny Flat and did a fantastic job. Ben was efficient, attentive and very helpful in explaining what he was doing and how the treatments worked. Now a week on from the spray our flat is pest free! These guys and gals were efficient, punctual and reasonable rates. James did our house and was absolutely thorough. James turned up on time, he was friendly, polite and professional. The end result was great. The only problem was, now our floors are so clean the walls look dirty! I wonder if they have a wall cleaning service? Anyway you can be confident you will get a good job done by this mob. You don’t need to look anywhere else.
