I personally like to walk in and explore the shop, but they have an amazing online shop from which you can buy and get your order delivered to your doorstep.

I recently ordered a product that Big Clean did not have in stock. The manager was friendly, discussed my needs with me, cross-checked with the manufacturer that the product is correct for my needs, and took my order at 2.30pm. By mid-morning the next day the product had arrived and the manager advised me immediately. Her customer focus and service is excellent. I would shop there again.

Great local shop for specialist cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment. Great range, helpful staff and good prices. I purchased an unusual mop for applying floor dealer and the staff double checked that this is what I was after before proceeding with the sale. Great work. I will buy here again. The shop is on the highway but there is good parking around the corner.
