Terrible Experience! We were ready to get picked up on the first bus at El Amain Fountain in King Cross and we were on the other side of the street so the driver did not stop and yelled another bus was coming which arrived 22 Minutes later. The rest of the ride was ok except often the audio tour was music instead of more narrative on the history of Sydney and the many beautiful buildings and sights. The worst was the end of the day when we arrived at Circular Quay around 3: 40 PM and the driver shut off the bus and got off the bus with no explanation. We sat on the top of the bus in the hot sun for around 20 Minutes and an employee came up to another employee and said what about those poor people up there sitting We then asked what was going on and they said they had to wait for something but it made no sense and they never said how much longer we would need to wait. We left the bus and took the train back to King’s Criss. Very poor communication and customer service!

What an amazing company! Called them on a Saturday night when another booking fell through and George was incredible, managed to find us a bus within 10 mins to transport 40 VIPs from the city to Qudos Bank Arena. Talk about coming up with the goods in a very stressful situation. Highly recommend Big Bus Co!

Great and a reliable company. We arranged their services for the wedding of our daughter 8/5/2022, to transport out wedding guests from our place of residence to the reception and then the return trip back home in the evening.
