Terrible barber, my boyfriend was really disappointed and I could see the sadness from his eyes. He asked for a trim but gave him completetly different hairtyle.

Absolute hack job. I spelled it out clear as crystal but clearly a communication breakdown. I asked for a *little* bit off the top and a fade on the sides. Ended up with a buzz cut with no gradation that looks choppy and uneven. My wife could have just given me a clipper job at home. Hell, my kids could have done a better job. Waited almost an hour to get my hair wrecked in a five minute rush job that cost over $30. It was hard to write this review without using offensive language.

Terrible haircut. I'm pretty sure the kid that cut my sons hair was SERIOUSLY 13yo with no supervision. UNBELIEVABLE!
Got 1/2 way thru and said he had never cut the back before and asked someone else to do it who just chopped it all off without asking what my son wanted.then charged $35.

They have cut my hairs twice and messed it up twice they are the worst place do get your hair cut they are so rude don’t speak nice

TAFE apprentices will do even better than this place… very disappointed…especially for kids… they will ruin your kids hairstyle and I couldn’t recognise my kid just after finished the hair cut? Lack of expertise and bad customer service… they will charge you full even they did wrong … never ever again to the Big (Bad) barber!

I am giving 1 star because there is no worse option. Went for a haircut this afternoon. I get a 2.5 buzz cut all over. The shop was not busy and there was no one waiting. Still the barber was in a hurry and so rough. My right side of the head was badly scratched by the clippers. I am a doctor but cannot check the area myself as it is at the back of right side. Might have to go an see a GP. Terrible experience.

I’ve tried to get a hair cut here a few times in the last couple of weeks, but they always close early. I at least expect the doors to be open to the trading hours posted.

Absolutely disappointed with how my haircut turn out. I described and showed a picture oh how I wanted it and the gave me a completely different haircut. Instead of getting trimmed and styled they gave me a completely different haircut. Would definitely not recommend.

I would have given zero star… completely disappointed.
I wanted have haircut from my regular barber but they improvised me to the new guy and ge completely ruined it.

I’ve been too big barber several times. However everytime I’ve been to big barber they have either cut my hair how I didn’t ask, or didn’t make the sides square. I would strongly advise you to not go to big barber, there are several other barbers in Wagga that do a great job!

Best service in Wagga, don't need to book apts. I recommend Renuka, she gave me a professional haircut, provided tips for hair care and recommended some good products to use.

Worst hair cut I've ever had. The Italian Barber (Mark) clearly couldn't care less about how it looked and it was over in 5 minutes. I went straight to another barber in Wagga Wagga to get it fixed. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

Worst haircut I have had in years.
Firstly did not do what I asked but it didn’t look to bad so I went with it.
She put the wax in at the end and made it look acceptable.

I got home, had a shower and noticed that she didn’t even do the number one on the sides properly. I have so many bits of hair sticking out everywhere and the part at the top isn’t even.

Even though hair grows back quickly, this will take me a couple months to fix.

$30 for a haircut which is quiet pricey. Worth your month to pay the extra couple dollars and head to the better barbers in town.

We live out of town but every time we need a haircut this is the place where we go!

Big thumbs to one of the hairdressers who was very patient with my 2 year old that decided to turn his haircut into a screaming wrestling match, she still did a great job and didn't get frustrated.
