Be aware all prices are different in store. No notice of this so if you research the parts on line and think paying in store will be the same it won't. Service is good and pricing on the website is also good.

After sale service appalling, no help and just wanting to charge money for everything, even advice. Even after a sprinkler broke (6 month old) I had to buy another while waiting for a manufacturer warranty answer. Appalling, why buy local when you get this service. Should have just bought online I get the same result!

I have to give David Baggio from Bidgee Pumps, the thumbs up for great customer service. I had been searching the net for a seal kit for my Davey Firefighting Pump, after giving David a call he emailed me the correct pump part numbers & PDF info & cost.

After payment, I received post mail the next day with correct parts properly packed.
