2The Girraween branch receiving and despatch staff are extremely rude and disrespectful, they have no customer service skills and the entire management needs to be rotated, I have never had a good experience at the location and will be passing this information onto other stakeholders using this company,
Not sure for the food quality but their trucks are so dangerous and their drivers are careless. One of them hit my car and ran away! Tried to contact Bidfood multiple time and each time they promised someone from the transport department (David Cox) will get back to me that never happened!

Today the driver called me, denied whatever happened, gave me a phone number and wished good luck!
So nothing resolved.
No contact from Bidfood yet.
