An order was placed online and verified over the phone and delivery date confirmed. Delivery day arrived and 1 box of a large order was delivered with 1 more box to be delivered in 2 days time. When queried over the missed items the response was the order is not in the system. Interestingly they were able to deliver 1 item with 1 to be delivered. I went to Pambula to pick up the outstanding delivery. I was offered an apology which does not compensate for inconvenience, travel time, fuel (100k round trip) and lost production time. Bidfood will need to be better next time.
