Bidfood Botany reviews
6 Completely off the rail lately,
never had so many credit notes issued in a week, items missed on delivery, items acknowledged online, then out of stock, totally unreliable.
Downgraded from MOST PREFERED to JUST ANOTHER SUPPLIER.
I have been a long time customer (+10 years) however my experience this year has driven me to other suppliers. I have lost confidence in receiving a food safe delivery from these guys.
They have a huge issue with temperature control for their deliveries. I keep receiving ice cream that is practically soup, cheese at room temp, bags of ice that are melted down to half. I’ve had to send back items so many times this year. Multiple complaints has not changed a thing. Other suppliers use ice packs or special boxes for cold items but they don’t bother.

Thanks for the copy & paste response. The account rep is fully aware of the issue and definitely sick of hearing it from me. The customer service team has also received my feedback on several occasions. If you’re serious about trying to resolve the issue, just act on the feedback I’ve already given over and over again.
Teach your drivers some of the NSW road rules. Start with pedestrians and pedestrian crossings and move onto keep left unless overtaking. If it was one or two of your trucks you might suggest a few poor drivers spoil the bunch, but I encounter your trucks every day and you drivers never fail to impress with a lack of skill or courtesy.
Sure, do your job. But don't leave your truck loudly idling outside my house for 15 minutes at 5: 30 in the morning. Turn the engine off!
Been here for an interview.had a great chat, manager promised to call back.yet nothing happened not even an email update no matter how many times I called back
