BHS Boat Hire Sydney

Diane at BHS made the whole process of chartering a boat for my birthday as simple and expeditious as possible. I recommend BHS 100%, the boat more than met expectations, with my friends we had a great time and an incredible experience. The captain of the boat always attentive to any request and his assistant always worried about all of us. Thank you very much for everything.

The captain forgot the booking and our entire department had to wait for 2 hours in 35 degree hot weather for the cruise. This is completely unacceptable. Would avoid it for corporate events in future

We threw a hen party on the Lulu and it was absolutely amazing. We did the 4pm - 8pm boat so got the most incredible sunset. The boat took us under the Harbour Bridge and to a nice location for sunset and a BBQ cook up. The boat was clean and the crew were amazing to us. We will definitely be using this hire company again. Thank you to Ian for booking everything for us. Its a day we wont forget!

Recently hired boat for 30 people for a birthday party. We had an excellent time out on the harbour. BHS Boat Hire Sydney staff were easy to deal with to book and pay, and the crew on board were super friendly and experienced. 5 stars!

We had a great experience booking a yacht through Ian and the team for a 40th celebration. Ian was prompt in getting us quotes and pricing, and answering all of our questions. Booking was straight-forward and our boat, Seaduced, was exactly what we were looking for and more. Great catering options and everything was very well presented. Would highly recommend BHS for booking yachts or catamarans or other boats in Sydney.

Great service, from planning and booking through to the day, BHS were great. Very quick to respond to emails/questions, so helpful and gave great advice. Boat and crew on the day were fantastic. Will definitely use again.

The boat was FANTASTIC. My guests were blown away with the size of the boat, how well kept it was and the facilities. The crew were so warm and welcoming and we even got to chatting with them a bit.

We hire a boat for a 30th and from the first point of contact to the day of the party the team at BHS were so helpful and very responsive. Everyone on the boat had a blast on the day. The staff on the boat also very helpful and made it an enjoyable experience. Would defiantly use and recommend BHS in the future.

Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, Vince was highly disorganised and unprofessional. Initially I thought I was able to put my money and trust in this company but clearly not. Our initial interaction when I was interested in a boat from him was "that is booked for that date, you should have booked earlier" his tone was extremely condescending, I did not appreciate being talked to in a rude manner when I am paying them a fortune and was referred to this company by a friend. This should have been a warning sign but I still proceeded to put my faith in this company.

Secondly, Vince did not confirm a boat inspection but rather gave a plain address although this was resolved by the actual boat owners my friend and I still wasted our time having to hang around and wait when we have plans already arranged for the day. I already formed that this guy was unprofessional and untrustworthy at this point.

I called up 2 days later to arrange payment and brushed off the fact a boat inspection was never confirmed on his behalf.

Instead of apologising, he really made excuses claiming he was "sick", if he really was sick, this duty should have been passed onto another person instead of ignoring their clients and making up blatant excuses. I was already extremely frustrated and angered at this point as I had to call him twice to fix up the booking forms when I have already communicated this via email.

Overall this experience was absolutely disgusting and unprofessional, save your time and money and look elsewhere

Had an amazing 30th birthday celebration on the Yarranabbe - the crew was wonderful and very attentive, and we were very lucky to have a bright sunny day on our cruise. Booking was a smooth experience, couldn't recommend this place enough.

I booked a boat with BHS 6+ months in advance to save me from the stress of having to plan it later. It’s now 3 days before the event and Pippa called me saying they’ve double booked me and all they could do was give my money back. I was shocked and furious, not only do I have to scramble to find another boat last minute in the middle of December, I have to now fork out more money and pay for another boat that’s much smaller. Pippa and her staff didn’t try hard enough to find other boats for me. My husband and I had to find it ourselves. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. Go elsewhere.

BHS boat hire? Ydney hosted the most amazing, memorable and fun 21st for my brother and I! The staff is so accomodating and helpful! Such an amazing night. Highly recommend!
