I studied Clinical Hypnotherapy and Strategic Psychotherapy with Gordan and the Team. I hadn’t studied in 25 years and was nervous but the course is so well structured and the student support team is second to none. Gordan is so invested in every students success, he is always striving to give us every opportunity to excel
and learn, having the opportunity to study with Michael Yapko is just one example. I am looking forward to furthering my studies in this field with IAP next year in the NLP Practitioner and Master course.

I didn't know what to expect from The NLP Practitioner Course but it has made a profound impact on me. Gordon is without doubt one of the best trainers in Australia. His scope of knowledge and natural presenting skills meant that every hour of the course was filled with insights and revelations that I will use in my personal life and professionally as a Hypnotherapist. Beyondnlp is an absolute life changer. The training is jam packed with what I like to call "Santa Claus" moments, when you suddenly "get" something that busts you out of an old pattern, and you can't go back - it's impossible now, to re-believe those old furphies, that were keeping you trapped. I had been wanting to develop my NLP skills for many years and a change in job has given me time back to focus on myself so I decided to book in.

The decision to train with Gordon was an absolutely brilliant one. Gordon is engaging, completely inspiring and I felt a great connection to him as a trainer that allowed me to become more open and honest as the days went by. As a facilitator myself, I'm a pretty tough participant but I can honestly say that Gordon navigates what can be some pretty heavy subject matter in a way that captures the audience from start to finish.

The tools themselves are fantastic and if you apply them they can be truly life-changing but to be honest, the tools delivered by a terrible trainer would have missed the mark. It's Gordon's ability to connect which makes the training such a success.

BeyondNLP was a fantastic choice and I would honestly recommend them as the provider for anyone looking to develop their skills in this space. Having such a wonderful group also helped!

I want to finish by saying that I did a lot of research (I did it so that you don't have to!) before deciding to complete my training through BeyondNLP. There are a number of quite unethical providers that I came across during the process and some far more expensive than BeyondNLP. If you do choose to complete your training with someone else then just be careful who you chose.

I went in skeptical and came out with a plethora of new skills to help me better communicate with people in all walks of life - as well as manage my own stress and emotions in effective ways. Highly recommended for any human being looking to better themselves and have greater control over their destiny.

I can't speak highly enough of Gordon Young both as an instructor and as a person. In his capacity as an instructor I have known him since 2014, when I started my Course in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Strategic Psychotherapy, follow by several other courses over the last few years. At all times Gordon has instill the need for honesty and caring towards our clients. He always demands the best from the students, and as my supervisor he expects me to conduct my practice keeping to the high standards that is expected from the Association and from him.
