I highly recommend learning the technique from Liz Smith. My two (primary school aged) children and I have learned from Liz in April 2022. She guides you so well with a gentleness and patience, so when you continue on your own, you don't feel lost. On the contrary, you feel supported on your journey. She does it in a way that is easy to follow/understand. Moreover, Liz is available if you do have more questions after your 6 meetings. Thank you, Liz!
