Shout out to Beyond tax. My mother received a letter from the ATO, in relation to CGT. She has recently downsized and retired onto the pension and was very distressed about the prospect of a substantial tax bill. Being new to the area, we approached Beyond Tax for help. Tanya was so patient, explaining the situation clearly and able to give her easy steps to rectify the situation. I don’t know what we would have done without her! #supportlocal

She made running our business super easy by guiding us with Xero and sorting our BAS, Super and tax payments.
Her assistance with tax planning earlier this year was invaluable! It saved us heaps of money, helped us make the right decisions and be prepared well before the end of financial year.

Unfortunately had a poor experience. Was booked in with Tanya who left me sitting in the waiting room for over the whole of my half hour appointment time. I understand that sometimes things happen that cause delays, but a bit of communication would help. If she had come out and said there was going to be a significant delay I could have made the decision to stay or go. My tax is very straightforward but I still felt that her interest in helping me was minimal. Then charged me $145 for 15 min work. Disappointing I have seen Louise before and had a much more positive experience.

In the past I have had other tax agents and never had the experience I have had with beyond tax. They have been nothing but professional, knowledgeable and Helpful. I have never had a return I haven’t been happy with. Even while travelling overseas they have still managed to help me with my returns and answer and questions I have. My only regret is not switching to beyond tax earlier! Thank you!
