1I have experienced extreme childhood trauma and felt very anxious and depressed most of my life. I tried seeking help from multiple psychologists throughout my life because I wanted to overcome my anxiety and depression. Unfortunately, psychologists could not help me overcome my problems. But, I did not give up on trying to find help for myself so I booked an appointment with Sarah. After seeing Sarah I started noticing a positive change within myself. My husband noticed a huge difference in the way I was dealing with certain situations, he is so happy with my improvements that he also started sessions with Sarah. My family have noticed a difference in me and I feel so much more connected to my children than I've ever been. My anxiety is gone. I don’t feel depressed at all.
