We have been seeing Dr Mohamed Elbana a couple of times. I highly recommend this practice for foot care. Mohamed is very knowledgeable considerate and takes the time with patients during the appointment. The diagnosis is highly experienced and the recommendations improved our foot care overall. Me and the whole family will definitely return to the practice in the future for our podiatry needs. Love the online booking system and also the receptionists are very professional and follow up efficiently.

From the first point of contact, customer service and satisfaction 100+. I booked an appointment for myself and was surprised at how quickly I could secure an appointment on a Saturday morning. I was consulted by Hassan and appreciated the sterile environment that was provided given the covid environment they were operating in. I was very happy with the treatment I received and felt immediate relief with ingrown toenails that had been causing me ongoing pain. I was so impressed I asked whether they could accommodate a home visit for my elderly mother who did not want to drive to any external appointments because of covid. Their receptionist was so polite and accommodating via emails and phone conversations to arrange the appointment for my mother and mum was very appreciative of the consultation and treatment she received. In this day and age, it is comforting that customer service even exists, let alone experience service over and above. Would absolutely recommend and whilst not a traditional a 'podiatry' menu item - would absolutely be on my foot pamper regular indulgences if it included painted toenails, as I did miss this during lockdown. Princess issues aside, highly recommend and very grateful for the kindness afforded to my mother.

Dr Fadel should be your first port of call for any foot issues that you have. He’s been treating me for a number of years, from run of the mill ailments to designing custom made orthotics for my ski boots. His professional and friendly approach makes all the difference.

Dr Ghazi is a very knowledgeable and caring person. He makes you feel comfortable by explaining what he is doing and why, and has really helped me get better.
