Overrated. Not worth the 4.3 stars as noted on reviews.

Staff are arrogant and constipated. No friendly or welcoming disposition, selectively greeting and helping people who match their demographic.

Staff presence would not make a difference in this store. First impressions count.

Poor experience overall.

For Mother’s Day my daughter and her boyfriend bought a beautiful bracelet for me.but after wearing it twice I noticed it broke. We took the bracelet back to the store as we did not have the receipt as it was a gift.the wonderful staff and manger found the receipt on their computer system by us giving my daughter name. They replaced the bracelet straight away. They were very helpful and thank you to the wonderful staff.will enjoy wearing my bracelet. Definitely recommend this store.

We had an incredible experience with Irene today. We purchased an engagement ring as well as 2 wedding bands. She was incredibly patient, helpful and understanding throughout the whole process. She gave us her undivided attention in the midst of a busy day in store. We went to a couple other stores but did not experience the compassion and professionalism that we experienced here at Beville’s Liverpool. Cannot recommend the Bevilles team more.

I don’t usually write reviews especially positive ones but this experience has left me to write this amazing review about this one girl that served me.
I went to beviles Liverpool and I enter the store a go up to a girl and she was the best salesperson I have ever met giving the most exquisite customer service
The young girls name was Rokia
The fact that I remember her name just tells you how memorable she was. She was super friendly to me I loved everything about her. I’m going to the shops it’s my first time there and Rokia was more than willing to help me out. She went above and beyond for my needs and exceeded my expectations. I am happy to say that I will be coming again thanks to her hopefully when I come back I’ll be able to meet her. She truly was worth giving this review she had amazing customer service and I hope her co-workers really cherish her. She is a really hard-working person and is amazing at what she does. Liverpool Bevilles' team are wonderful. I was served by Irene, and I must say she provided the best customer service I've ever experienced. I'm certain I'll return.

My partner and I spotted a ring advertised online that we both had to just check out in-store to see if we were completely sold on the design/fit/make of it. We were greeted immediately by Andrijana who was able to assist us with our ring inquiries. Andrijana was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Although there was stock in-store for the ring we were after, the sizing was not correct. Andrijana tried her best to come up with solutions which met our wants and needs. We placed an order for the ring that day and requested for it to be resized as suggested by Andrijana. Throughout the entire process Andrijana's communication was excellent, we were kept in the loop every step of the way and the ETA for the ring was spot on. We could not be more happy with our purchase and the amazing customer service provided by Andrinana and her team at Liverpool Bevilles!

Today I was served by Dania whilst I was dashing for my last minute christmas gifts. She was an absolute dream, the best guest experience one could ask for. Thank you for making my day! P.s give her a pay rise!

Had the clasp of my 9ct gold curb chain fixed 2 times and less than 2 weeks after 2nd repair the spring came loose on the clasp again. I went to zamels and they told me how thin the clasp and chain was compared to theirs and showed me. Now I will be going to zamels while I report this to accc

Horrible customer service!

Walked into the shop and was ignored for 15 minutes straight. There were 3 staff members and 2 customers and no one wanted to help us or even gave us eye contact. As one staff member walked past we kindly asked her for help but she Abruptly told us to "wait" and never came back to help us. The shop was not busy and the staff members were chatting away in the back room. Even Mcdonald's has better customer service than this. Disgusting you should be ashamed.
