I saw the name of this lady Betty now with McGrath Estate and I recall what she had done to us many year ago when we were trying to purchase our first home. I need to caution anyone dealing with her as she is the most dishonest and non trustworthy person you can come across. At that time, we had an agreement with the owner of a property we were interested in and we thought that everything is going well. We were surprised to receive a call at later times from Betty to tell us that she is not able to continue with the agreed sale. We asked if the owner had changed their mind! She did not give a straight answer. As it turned out to be, she had received some other incentive from other buyers (could be cash in hand or other incentive, which I believe was an illegal thing to do) to give them the property instead. It was very dishonest and crook way to deal with decent people. My review here is to warn anyone dealing with her. Shameful behavior that I still remember vividly. Don't trust or deal with her.
