My Hino bus radiator pressure checked - leaking core in one place. Bus has two radiators. I asked Joe to replace hoses as needed and check belts. They charged me 13.5 hours labour! No belts or hoses replaced! Said they had to remove the Intercooler (Not True) Intercooler was not disturbed nor necessary.this radiator was staring them in the face as it’s a pusher rear engined bus. $1,417.50 labour. $850 for re-core Put a $33. Return spring on the clutch 20 minute job and replace lost coolant. $2587.90 One week later I get it back. Electric cooling fan not working or tested properly. Joe said he did not understand the two radiator system? Is he really a mechanic? It’s a simple recirculating system! All hoses were in poor condition he had it for a week and did not replace the hoses or worn drive belts a simple job. And it still overheated on hills because fan not going due to pressure leaks faulty hoses. These guys thrive on over charging labour hours with no repair effected. And are very unprofessional!

I asked to do a simple diagnostic procedure.
In my work shop 2 hours max job.
They took 3.5 hours
Then used a scan tool which i didn't ask for.
I was very pacific for what i ask to do, I told 2 employees what i wanted.
$546.70 later did find anything that i didnt already know.
Thanks for the waste of time and money.

Thanks for doing the invoice when i asked to pay for it so there would be no problem to pick it up, Then having the hide to not release the bus so the tilt tray company could load and take it to My work shop 6 hours.away. You were so helpful. Be careful here i think you have to draw pictures.:)

Joe and staff were slack, expensive and unprofessional. Tried contacting them a number of times to see how the job was getting on and no response then wanted immediate payment. Payment processed that morning and truck was not released. Never using this company again!
