Better Rehab

Our experience was determined by O. T. Amanda Metcalfe, who has since moved on, was wonderful. A skilled professional, she was supportive with understanding and empathy. Her focus was always on client and family well-being, Amanda had quite good professional boundaries, which is vitally important. She had no personal issues that interfered with her role. Amanda had excellent overall knowledge and expertise. We were very disappointed when she left Better Rehabilitation to work with another provider. We have had unsuitable replacements since, and, as a result, finalised services.

On my return home from total left hip replacement, I was struggling to keep myself motivated, then my visits from Better Rehab began.
Jess was my rehab person and truthfully she was a breath of fresh air, she was so professional and helpful and encouraging, and I soon found myself in a much better mental state, and my physical efforts were rewarded with real improvements in my exercise and movement.
I can’t say enough about how good this whole rehab experience has been, and definitely recommend it to anyone who needs it.

After arriving home from a full knee replacement Jess arrived to help with the Physio, she was absolutely fantastic, I quickly was up and walking everywhere!
It’s so much better waking up in you own bed and going about your daily life. Thoroughly recommend!

Better Rehab occupational therapists provided me with wonderful service. I was dealt with fast and efficiently, and I would highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend Better Rehab Newcastle for their Positive Behavioral Support treatments, as they really helped my young daughter with her learning disability and she's doing a lot better at her academics now. And they accept NDIS funding which was a lifesaver.
