Better Rehab

Im so happy to share my experience with Better Rehab. We started to work with OT for my 9 years old ASD+ADHD daughter. She improved alot in a short time. In 3 months.
So i wished her to get Speech and Positive Behavior Support.
There is no waitlist, we immediately got the booking. It went so well. Im so glad i met with Better Rehab. Home therapy option is so good because as you can imagine some disabilities you can not travel easily but Better Rehab made is easy for us. I strongly recommend if you or your kids need OT, Speech and support.

Started Speech Therapy for my Daughter recently, all staff have been helpful in registration process and her new speech therapist seems wonderful, I am confident I have selected the right provider.

My mother had home visits after a total knee replacement surgery and this service was excellent. The communication was excellent and the physio was great. He arrived on time, was caring and took time to explain and answer my mothers questions. He also sent an update on her progress after each visit and exercises to print out. He was very encouraging and patient and she always felt reassured after his visit.

I am so happy I found Better Rehab. All the staff are so supportive and patient. They do such a good job of keeping me in the loop too.

Expect over-reporting & over-billing. This agency borderlines on scamming. I was very clear about the limited reporting I needed from them for NDIS and their OT over-reported and padded her report. She walked through the house I was staying at after I told her it was temporary accommodation that would be up in two weeks, and she reported on the shower, drawers, locks and cabinets that would need modification. I told her I wanted to review the service agreement before signing, yet they sent bills to my plan manager close to $2000 before I signed the agreement. I had to send several emails and make several calls for them to stop doing this. I had expressed concern about their fees and their response was, "If you run out of money, you can request a review of your plan for more funds. " As though it's that easy.

We have used OT and Speech Therapist services from Better Rehab. Would highly recommend. They come to you and really include you in the planning.

I strongly recommend that before hiring better rehabilitation you ask about the fees as they will charge you for every minute they spend talking to you and no deliver any services at all to the client. They are most probably not even qualified in the fields that they are supposed be as they don't even show their ids. The Occupational lady didn't know her alphabet when trying to teach my daughter, she would also stay for 20 minutes and charge me for an hour. Very disappointing to find these kind of people who take advantage of the innocents & the system.
