Better Pool and Irrigation Supplies

Visited this store looking to purchase a small domestic rainwater pump. Sales staff were extremely helpful.

Parking out the front, chemicals kepted inside not out in the sun light some shops which causing the chemical to break down and be less potent. Friendly staff.

Best irrigation shop in Maitland I have tried the other 4. But this one definitely beats the rest from lovely staff and the very best selection in irrigation parts with bibs and bobs aswell

Five stars for excellent service, great product knowledge and good pricing. I bought a smart robotic pool cleaner from this store three years ago. The time I needed service help they were happy to organise it. Today I rang to enquire about buying the new version of my cleaner. Tam knew the latest information on the just released model, she gave me a good price and had a unit in stock so I packed the missus in the car and took the hour drive up the freeway and picked up my new cleaner. We took the opportunity to eat in town at a great cafe/restaurant called COQUUN. A couple of hours later and the Zodiac Ecolux 6000 is now mapping my pool and I look forward to a clean pool all summer. All in all a very successful day. Thanks Tam.

I have rang 3 times now to arrange someone to come out and look at our pool with the same answer 'someone will get back to you to arrange soon' and take my details but no one has called me back yet. I think I'll try someone else

Great if all you want is your water tested. They never pick up the phone, take weeks to get parts in that take overnight with any other provider and will not provide an estimation on when they will look at your pool cleaner - Quote " we have been told not to provide an estimated time as we are busy" " you are better to pick it up and take it some where else" weeks later.nothing.

Great place to get help with your pool or any other irrigation problems. We had issues with our filtration on our new pool and we had the shop install a new filter system and it was great. We had the shop do the water testing for us when ever we need it it to be done and we just purchased all our chemicals from them. Best shop ever.

After multiple attempts by pool tech to clean my pool I actually ended up doing it myself. 2 appointments were missed.

Super friendly and efficient business to walk into and always happy to help carry purchases to the car.
