5 NOT ‘better’ and not even ‘built’
After feedback from other Tradies & carpenters I had to cancel the job part way through due to substandard building strength and insufficient supports being used and Betterbuilt weren’t prepared to fix it.
CONS.
-The build quality and commitment didn’t match the quality described on the website.
- Failed to turn up on agreed days to work in with other trades on the site.
- Failed to communicate often enough and professionally enough.
- 1 man business slows the build. No team to help out.
PROS

Billy did an amazing job with our new entry deck. We chose ekodeck as the material. Ekodeck is 80% recycled timber. The area was a damp location. Very happy with the result.
Billy installed a Stratco flyover roof over our deck. We were impressed with how quickly he installed the roof and the quality of his work. We were also impressed with Billy’s dedication to finish installing the roof before our baby shower. This was particularly impressive because it was extremely hot weather at the time.
Good craftsmanship, were professional & courteous and the patio cover looks amazing
We couldn’t recommend Better Built more! From helping us chose the right wood and design, to handing over the finished deck, Better Built were great to work with and we couldn’t be happier with our front area!
