I like how this practise is like a little family, staff are so warm and welcoming. Both Stelios and Pierre looks after their patients/clients very well and treatments are obviously tailored to each person's needs. I've been getting my treatments here for health maintenance in the last 2 years.

I have been going to Better Backs Better Living for over a decade. I was introduced to Stelios by a colleague when I had persistent upper back pain after having children. At the time, my colleague told me that he was meant to have back surgery but was successfully treated by Stelios and no longer needed the surgery.

Stelios sorted out my back issue and I've continued regular appointments to maintain the health of my nervous system. There have been times when I haven't specifically mentioned a spot where I had pain but Stelios would find it and release the area. Stelios' knowledge, expertise and experience is 2nd to none!

Not only is Stelios a great chiropractor, he and his team show the same level of care and customer service to all their patients.

I was very concerned about my lower back pain because i loved playing sports and i did not want to stop. After 2 months of treatment twice a week, the pain has reduced substantially. Personally i had my doubts in the beginning but now i would never question Dr Pierre. Im so grateful for this and i believe this might be the best money i have ever spent.

I was experiencing sharp shooting pain running down from lower back to the bottom of right leg for about 5 months. Could not drive or sit down without pain and was loosing quality sleep. Before I started receiving treatment at Better Backs, I had constant lower back pain which prevented me from living a normal life. Since receiving the expert treatment from Stelios, my back pain has gone and I am healthier and fitter than I have been in years!

It’s been a couple months since I started coming to Better Backs and I truly recommend this place.
I originally came in with numbness in my left face, arm and leg and it’s completely gone now. Dr Stelios looks at not only the primary problem but also my entire body balance and long term health. One thing I was amazed about was my menstrual cycle is now regular! My cycle has been short my whole life and was getting even shorter these last few years. Since I started getting adjusted here my cycle became normal for the first time in my life! Dr Stelios takes time explaining what’s causing the issues and what needs to be done. It’s a lot of commitment but it’s definitely worth it. Their receptionist Keri is very friendly and offers prompt responses every time I need help.

Came in months ago with severe headaches that I had for years and just didn’t have the energy to work or get out of bed. Pierre helped me break that! My headaches has completely gone away and I now am able to go to work and exercise like I used to. I am now just working on my posture which I have always been so insecure about. A few weeks ago I went back to Better Backs Better Living. I had tried to do without chiropractic care but it became quite clear that i need it.
I need help with my heart problem. I have Atrial Fibrillation. A few years ago the cardiologist did an operation and that helped but not enough.
Somtimes i had to go to the hospital to get it fixed.
The treatment from Stelios has helped me a lot. My heart is working better! Since Stelios is treating me again I have had no episodes of AF. I can even sleep on my left side which was not possible because my heart would go wrong.
I really need the chiropractor and specially the method Stelios and Pierre are using: Torque Release Technique.
For me Better Backs Better Living is the first place i go to when i have a health problem. They have a great team. There is a friendly atmosphere; the secretaries are good, helpful and very nice. The chiropractors Stelios and Pierre are fantastic.

The worst place ever. Please think twice before going there. I was having Calf Muscle Pain.
I went to Better Back Parramatta.
I paid nearly $2400.00 and attanded 37 appointments. I was going to Parramatta all tbe way from Bankstown (Sydney)
I have now chronic back pain and neck pain.
Life is too hard for me now. I am not able to do any job. They are really worst.
Please don't waste your money and time. They give you a plan to make money and you have to live with pain like me. Simply avoid them.

I am 56 years old former office worker. I have suffered from a lower back pain, bloating and inconsistent bowel movements for a considerable time. I was diagnosed as having subluxations in the lower, middle and upper spine, with the worst of these being stage 2.
It was explained to me that this is impeding/unbalancing my nervous system via the spinal cord, which has a consequential impact on my organ function.
Since attending Better Backs for the past month, 3 times per week, I have noticed that my lower back pain is gone and the bloating and bowel symptoms are markedly better.
My general health has improved as a consequence of the chiropractic adjustments. These improvements have given me the incentive to also improve my lifestyle, exercise, diet and posture. I find that exercise such as bike riding, walking and yoga are now easier to do and instead of feeling pain afterwards, I can now feel the positive effects of these activities. This in turn gives me further incentive to exercise regularly.

I have also noted a marked improvement in my sleeping pattern, particularly a feeling of a deeper sleep without waking up tired. I have also noticed a reduction in stomach girth and excess body weight.
I am only half way through the intensive phase of my treatment and am extremely pleased with the results thus far.
My treating Chiropractor, Stelios, has a very experienced, and deep understanding of this branch of natural medicine and health in general. The friendly, knowledgeable and sincere culture of this clinic really makes you feel at ease right from the very first contact with the affable receptionists/front line managers to the first adjustment on the Chiropractic table.
I would recommend Better Backs to anyone has experienced similar symptoms to me or indeed anyone who wants to return to better health.

It's been 3-4 months since my first visit to Better Backs in Parramatta and I definitely don't regret it! I came in with some pins and needles in my arm, along with back tightness, daily headaches and an uncomfortable posture. I can safely say that these problems don't bother me anymore! The Better Backs team are extremely efficient, helpful and an top of that friendly from your first phone call to every consultation. Dr Stelios advised a 3 month intensive session and i am now 2 months in. My back feels great. I suffer from migraines and I did'nt know that chiro also treats migraines. I have severe migraines which last for 2-3 days and now i have been CLEAR OF A MIGRAINE for 2 months, which is a big big thing for me. Had i known earlier i would have definitely signed up earlier. Dr Stelios is amazing, he knows the exact points and after each session i instantly feel better. This is literally the best thing tat happened in 2020:)
