Betta Wardrobes & Shower Screens

Great price and great attention to detail when installing. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there are some slight scratches on my linen cupboard doors.

Betta Wardrobes installed three sets of drawers and shelves in my wardrobes. Everything fitted accordingly with measurements and installation was seamless. Complete satisfaction.

I found the quote competitive. The rep arrived on time and was knowledgeable about his products. We had a theee track mirror robe doors fitted in the fourth bedroom so we could access the space easily and a 4 door Matt white solution for out hallway storage. Also able to get good access. The installer was on time and very quick in installing the doors. We were very happy with the job and would recommend Betta.

While I was initially very happy with Betta wardrobes product and efficiency and delivering the product (we've had 4 wardrobes done with them over a many years), over time I've felt disappointed with the fact that laminate is peeling off 3/4 of the wardrobes. Mostly I was frustrated with how it was handled. I feel a mark of a really good company that cares is not just delivery of the product but the aftercare and how they handle a problem when it arises. Unfortunately this was a big disappointment. The Pymble store asked me to call or email another number which I did and was shut down immediately being told "this is not a warranty problem, it has been peeled off, so you'll have to replace the doors". I felt this quite unreasonable given some are within a year or two and not that old at all. Why would anyone peel off laminate from a cupboard door on purpose? When handled it comes off on the right angles of the door and over time it has peeled more and more.ive waited months trying to get in touch with them to help me and had to sticky tape it down while waiting. I enquired a at least 3-4 times both by email and phone and they just never bothered to get back to me. Very disappointed at post sales service.

Betta were fantastic, got a quote and shower screens were fitted within 10 days just brilliant service and great products. Thanks Greg for making everything so easy. Really good prices too, so give Betta a call if you need wardrobes or shower screens.

One of the worst experiences I've had. The sales people are friendly but workmanship is questionable. They don't consider any fault to be under warranty.

This company has provided me the worst service I've experienced. They refused to fix cracks on their products and claims that it is not under warranty. All off the wardrobes installed has cracks on it and they claim to not be a product fault. Will be seeking NCAT order and Greg is the worst person I've ever had to deal with

This is truly one of the worst companies I've ever experienced. The service is bad and warranty is worse. My wardrobe was faulty after a year and they refuse to fix it. Better looking at another company.

Poor customer service & incompetent tradesmen. I would never recommend this business to anyone. Unprofessional, disrespectful & simply bad service - the new shower screen installed by them, in February 2022, continues to leak to date. I lodged a complaint against them with NSW Fair Trading & the next step will be taking them to NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) as they refuse to fix the shower leak problem & take responsibility for their poor tradesmenship claiming “it’s tiles problem”unheard of!

Great experience, from the beginning to finish. Sam - our design consultant was very helpful and went up and above to make sure we were happy. We agreed on the design, then one day Sam called saying he couldn't sleep thinking about one of our tricky linen wardrobe, and he came up with even better solution. That's the service:). All wardrobes turned out to be great and we are very happy. Only Betta for us.

Well done job completed on time and within budget. Drawers installed are very functional, easy to pull out and hold a lot. The hanging space able and pleasant to look at.
