Betta Wardrobes & Shower Screens

We were very pleased with the recent replacement of our shower screen door. All appointments were punctual and professional. Measurements were taken accurately and the fitting of the door was efficient and successful. The cost was reasonable and the old door was taken away.
We would use the company again.

We needed a wardrobe fairly quickly within a certain budget. Betta wardrobes provided exactly what we wanted, with a great range to choose from. We went through the Showroom at St leonards, had a measure and quote done 3 days later and wardrobe installed to our specifications one week later. Cannot fault the service and brilliant intallation team. Love our wardrobe.

Don’t go near this place. Badly made with screws showing, gaps in the fittings and exceptional bad service.

Really pleased with my new wardrobe and replacement doors for 2 others - really fast turnaround time from the initial on-site visit to the installation. Thanks in particular to Mohammed our installer.

Save yourself time, money and mental health. They will do everything so give up complaining. Don't bother asking to speak to a manager, they won't pick up the phone or answer a single email. DON'T BUY FROM BETTA. Can't stress enough how terrible this company is. Very poor quality (see photos of wardrobe just installed), and the worst customer service. I only gave up complaining for my own mental health.

Both quote and carpenter were on time, professional, courteous and efficient. Both wardrobes were well built and very quickly done.

I have used Betta Wardrobes and Shower Screens before and they are great to deal with. Install went smooth and the wardrobes look great for my small unit!

I had two builtins and two cupboards installed in Nov 22, Unfortunately I made the mistake of paying in full (major dollars), after being assured by Management that a bubbled paint job on a door, replacement draw handles (wrong colour) and knobs on the other cupboard; would be installed and fitted correctly a few days after.

These issues were not resolved until Mar 23.so I was basically lied to so as to get the final payment. Use this company at your own risk as Management is far from ethical and the customer service/post install experience could not be worse.

The installation of the shower screens was good and the screens were of good quality. Even though there was a slight delay in ordering the screens etc, the finished product was good and was good value for money.

Excellent service and quality! The whole process was so easy and seamless - from design, quote, to install.

My Mum was happy with the job done replacing the shower screen. The only issue was that the old sealant wasn't removed off the floor in which she has to try and remove herself.

Betta Wardrobes was the best choice i made in having my walk in robe fitted out. Sales team was on time and gave me the whole quote before leaving.the payment system was smooth and the office was quick in booking me in for the install.the gentlemen that did the install was on time and cleaned up any mess made.i couldn't be happy with the result.highly recommend.

Installed shower screen perfectly with good communication, doing exactly what they said they would when they said they would so we got them back in to do 2 large wardrobes as well. These they also did perfectly and 2+weeks before others who quoted said they could. Very happy.

My shelves collapsed and Betta wouldn’t fix the problem

I was a loyal Betta Wardrobes customer for many years, but a horrible recent experience with their installation and after sales service has meant that I will never use them again.

I got a measure and quote before Christmas for wardrobes and bookshelves at my place in Fairlight.

The guy who took the measurements was fantastic. But we’ve had massive problems with the installation and Betta’s after sales service.

Weeks ago the shelves in the wardrobe collapsed, narrowly missing my son who was sleeping next to them.

When I checked the next morning, I saw that they had been installed incorrectly. The section that had come apart was missing a bracket that should have been screwed in.

I contacted Betta the next day and they said it was company policy to send the same person who installed the shelves to fix them and he wouldn’t be available for weeks.

I said that I didn’t want that bloke as he hadn’t done a very good job.

After repeated emails, phone calls and me going into the Brookvale show room they finally sent someone out - the same person who had done the dodgy job the first time.

He said that we must have caused the problem by falsely claiming that we must have slammed the sliding door. Amazingly, he then left without installing the bracket.

Betta’s inaction prevented me bringing my books up from the basement of our building. In the recent floods the basement flooded and I lost many of my precious books.

In the end I had to pay someone else to fix the shelves, even though they were meant to be under warranty.

Betta were completely unresponsive to my many calls and when they did come out they completely evaded responsibility for a problem their poor installation had created.

I will never use them again and could not recommend them to anyone else.

Great experience with this company. The finished product looks great. The consultant was friendly and helpful with the position of the wardrobe and the design. The price was very competitive.
Also, a shorter wait time than other wardrobe companies on the Northern Beaches. I can recommend Betta.

Everything went really well. It was quoted quickly and installed 2 weeks later. The finish is good and I'm very happy with the product. I can fully recommend Betta Wardrobes.
