Michal is a fantastic trainer. He has a great understanding of how the body works and how to develop training programs accordingly. He also has a great appreciation of diet, training and performance. He is committed, approachable and a great motivator. He is also a fantastic communicator and easy to get along with. I would absolutely recommend Michal as a trainer.

I’ve trained with Michal for 9 months and I feel strong and capable thanks to his guidance. I was initially a little intimidated of such a big gym but Michal makes the sessions fun and helped me feel comfortable in the space. His attention to correct form, check-ins after sessions and evidence based programming are awesome. This guy knows his stuff. You’ll be in expert hands training with Beswald.

I trained with Michael whilst travelling in Sydney. I wanted someone dedicated, passionate and to push me with no limits. He did much more than that and shared his extensive knowledge on vast areas of fitness. Probs the best pt around in Sydney if you want result focused training. Thanks Michael-you’re a legend!

I have been working with Michal for the last five months and have achieved great results (dropped from 95k to 84k). He manages virtual clients really well, ensures that he does video calls at least once a week. He also answers my endless questions on his App promptly.

Importantly, he not only focuses on the exercises but also the nutrition. This is about 80%. He is also very smart and brings his experience to the program.

His program is very structured, he uses MyFitnessPal to assist with the progress and with my Garmin Watch I also now feed data into that process for the best (and realistic) goal setting. He understands what all the readings on the watch mean and educates me along the way.

He is one of the bets and I am very lucky to have him to assist me on meeting my goals.

Michal is one of the most knowledgeable and dedicated trainers I've met. I trained with Michal for a number of years and he really took the time to get to know what my goals and limits were and then helped me to succeed.

I not only gained confidence and learned how to do things properly at the gym but Michal made it fun! Would highly recommend.

Michal is super professional, dedicated and knowledgeable. I find that he's a super respectful trainer who emphasises proper form and logical progressions. It's cool having a trainer with a dance background who can share his diverse experience.
Being new to training in a gym can be intimidating, but Michal has helped me learn proper form and takes the time to explain why as well as how we do exercises. He's great at motivating you without being pushy or harsh.
I've been training with Michal for a few months now and feel stronger and more flexible. On top of his credentials and experience, Michal's a great guy and training with him is always fun, despite the discomfort!:)

Michal is everything you could ask for in a personal trainer. Disciplined. Focused. Always pushing you. And creating new challenges. He also walks the talk. He is consistently expanding his knowledge of training. And he is very versatile. Tell him what your goals are and turn up. You will leave the session knowing you made some real progress today.

I have trained with Michal for over 7 years. He is 100% focused on his clients and works with you to achieve your goals. Michal has a depth of knowledge that is unequalled by any other trainer. His background gives him a deep understanding of human movement. Although we have trained together for a long time, he still regularly develops new and interesting programs. He is a great trainer and I continue to get results that I am happy with.

Michal is an amazing trainer! I've seen a few trainers before him and none get even close to comparing with Michal in terms of his knowledge, dedication, professionalism, motivation and attention to client's goals.

I've been training with Michal for over 3 years now. He originally helped me with my patella tendinitis, which I'm sure is the reason I recovered so quickly. Since I recovered, I continued training with him because of the great progress and results I've achieved. 100% recommend Michal for your fitness / training.

I’ve trained with Michal for many years and his commitment, knowledge and passion for all things fitness is evident. He has been in the fitness industry for many years now after a career as a professional ballet dancer so his experience is undeniable and hard to beat.

He made me stronger, leaner, fitter and the positive flow on affects to other parts of my life are a bonus. Michal is really strong on technique, so you are very unlikely to injure yourself and you get more out of your sessions. If you have any injuries or limitations however, Michal always has a work-around.

Over the years we formed a great friendship and our training sessions were always a highlight of my week.

Michael is an outstanding trainer. He discusses options, listens and is respectful of your limits. At the same time he knows how and when to give you that extra nudge when it counts. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable PT.

Michal is a fantastic personal trainer. His multi-disciplinary sporting background combined with extensive technical knowledge meant that he was able to provide me with a customised program that delivered great results. I had been training previously on my own for 30 odd years, and now have a completely different view of what is needed to stay fit and balanced.

Michal has been the best trainer for me over the past six months after a long break from going to the gym and a lengthy period of working too much and not exercising enough. I had my doubts about using an online trainer but it’s worked out to be a great option. He has provided the perfect mix of expert advice and gentle encouragement to keep me motivated to get to the gym and strive to meet goals - never an easy task. He also has a huge amount of knowledge about nutrition and managing diet to support exercise. The new programmes every three weeks keep the routines fresh and challenging, and the instructional videos for each exercise are really handy for keeping the form on track. Michal has also been super responsive to tailor my programmes around the limitations of my workplace gym and a few old injuries and consequent weaknesses. He’s also a super friendly guy and full of positivity and enthusiasm. It has been totally worth the time and financial investment training with Michal. I’d highly recommend him

Michal is Da MAN. It’s great to have a personal trainer who listens & knows what his clients need and want. His
video workouts are easy to follow & if you had a problem or query it was simple as leaving a video message or typed and he would always reply with plenty advise and loads of encouragement. I have never felt this great since I was in my teens. Totally recommend his program to anybody
wanting a change to a better healthier & happy lifestyle. So what you waiting for…?
