We had a small job of providing additional support for a broken colorbond fence. Steve was very professional, responsive and punctual. Very happy with the job.

Do not use this fencer if a court order is involved. Steven was hired by us to complete a fencing job involving a court order. After discovering this job involved a court order on site he immediately got cold feet because this involved an erratic neighbour. My Father showed him all the paperwork and he still refused to do the work. His reasoning being because the neighbour did not agree (Defeating the purpose of even having a court order!) To make matters worse he never even bothered to return any phone calls we made to him after the day, this in turn forced us to return to court. Could not be more disappointed and dissatisfied with the professionalism and backbone of this fencer. Would put zero stars if I was able to.

Accepted their quote to repair our fence. They came out but said it was too windy and they would come back a couple of days later. Steven came out from Kirrawee and personally oversaw and worked on installing colorbond fence. It's as good as new and other fence repair companies quoted me 3 times the price.

What more would you want? BestLine Fencing came in much lower and was much faster for a timber fence replacement we had for client selling their home.

Steven is the owner and he was polite, professional and very service focused. We were keen to have a continuous level facing the street and where others said it wasn't possible, Steven worked the elevations so we were able to achieve the outcome.

During the works he kept the site clean and was mindful of dust and minimise inconvenience to our neighbours on Acacia road Sutherland 2232. Following completion we were not happy with the orientation of two posts, Steven returned, dug up the posts and reset to what we wanted.

Very difficult job due to the old fence being covered with a thick shrubs and inclement conditions on most days. Steven showed great professionalism and excellent workmanship and finished within the time frame he had allowed.

I was also pleased that the colorbond fence didn't need to be replaced; it just needed a few repairs, which is a testament to BestLine Fencing workmanship. Fast forward a few weeks later in 2019 and I now have a crazy puppy who can jump Over 2 meters fences and does so every chance she gets to go visit the neighbours. Because she could only get over on our side (the side with the railing), I was climbing over the fence 10+ times a day and hoisting a 25-kg dog over the fence and back into our yard.

They were always available to answer questions and explained options to ensure I'd be happy with the style and type of fence I chose. Steven and his crew worked hard installing the fence and made sure our landscaping wasn't disturbed during the process. He even let my sister use one of his tools for a special home project.
