Our family really enjoyed this motel, the rooms are well appointed, fresh and modern! The beds and pillows are a standout and just perfect.friendly staff, highly recommended!

On the road very loud at night with trucks passing by, not much sleep in the end. Suggest getting a room on the far end of the motel.

Travelling for work and I had a lovely overnight stay here. Beds were perfect. Although I did get woken up a few times from others walking outside, overall very good.
Location is close to everything you need

Very nice stay, clean room and no noise. The TV had free Netflix. Amazon Prime and Disney plus.

We had a fantastic experience with Best Western. Not only did the hotel have rooms which allowed dogs, our car had an issue on the night of our arrival and eventually had to be towed to the Sunshine Coast. We were due to check out on Sunday and, being a weekend, it took longer to organise for a rental car. The receptionists were so accommodating and helpful. They never made us feel pressured to leave the room as we kept them up to date with how we were progressing with getting a rental organised.
We were very impressed with their service and care and will definitely be booking here again to support them in return for the support they gave us when we needed it.

We had a one night stay at this accommodation. We chose king size bed room.
We found the bed to be a little soft for our liking, and it could possibly be rotated more. We found that if one adult moved or rolled in the bed. The other adult was Disturbed. This rarely happens in a king bed. Maybe it’s time to buy new mattresses.
The linen was Krisp clean and smelt nice.
It smelt like they had just had the carpet steam cleaned.
The room is quite large with a separate bathroom. It was extremely clean and tidy from top to bottom. I usually wet wipe all touch points (never know who stayed before you) and I found there to be no dust.
The windows have darkening curtains and the room itself was very dark at night.
Even though this accommodation is on the main road, we could hardly hear the traffic stop.
There’s a lovely pool though we didn’t have a swim, but it looked inviting.
The only negative that we found with our accommodation was the air-conditioner wasn’t cool enough.
With the doors and windows closed and the air on there really was no air circulation. We checked the filters on the air-conditioner and they were very clean.
Maybe the air-conditioners need servicing and cleaning internally. The air-conditioner is located down the back of the room and the beds are located at the front of the room and the cool air doesn’t reach the front, even on full fan.
We would suggest maybe a ceiling fan to circulate the air.
Young lady at reception was very friendly.
Would we stay there again? Yes, but we would probably bring a small desk fan.

The EV chargers at Coffs Harbour were not working and we were down to 15%, the receptionist Corinne let us charge at the motel as we were booked in overnight. Great service and grateful for helping us out so we could get to the next available charging point.

Good room, spacious and clean. Good wifi. Unfortunately the fridge was barely adequate, couldn't keep my ice block frozen.
Close to shops but a good distance from the water. Was worried about the traffic noise but it didn't keep me awake at all.

Great big rooms. Very clean and updated.

Very happy to stay at this motel again the staff are so friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean and tidy and it's a credit to them all thank you for the stay.

Room was very noisy. We could hear voices and TV from next room and the footsteps from the room above sounded as though there was a basketball team practising. The thumping and door slamming went on intermittently until quite late into the night.
The taps in the shower were the wrong way around so "Hot" delivered cold water!
Bed very comfortable. No glasses provided and meagre supplies of beverages. No sugar.
All round very poor value for the cost of staying there. Will not go again.

Staff are very friendly, service was great, we had our little service dog with us and he loved the pats from the staff, we would recommend, and we will book here again next time we are staying in coffs

Friendly staff, nice enough place for the price. Good hot water. Received dirty towels though which was quite unappealing. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Clean, well maintained and very comfortable and clean beds. Just what you need after a long drive with noisy kids.

Great staff, rooms are good however there are major differences between rooms best to ask. Only limited vegetarian menu options.

Location was good but the property was a bit outdated even though it seemed to be renovated recently. In general if you don't care about the noise coming from the highway it is a good place for a night or two.
