Sourced my own windscreen, phoned them up for a quote for installation. They told me they've never done my type of car before but were able to give me a price over the phone still. They installed my glass without any drama and stuck with the original quote. Very happy with the service. Thank you.

Best customer service ever! Casper not only replaced my windscreen, he re-attached my etag and remounted my broken rear view mirror. Amazing. He also did it all in under 75 minutes!

I contacted Novus to repair my side view mirror and team member Jay explained the process and ordered a new mirror. A couple of days later I received a call from Jay and advised the mirror had arrived and within the hour the cracked mirror was replaced! Fantastic service. I’ll definitely recommend to others.

Unfortunately I was a victim of a chipped windshield from rock that bounced off a truck. An annoying product of probability using NSW roads.

A chip quickly turned into a crack that went from the corner of the passenger’s side to the middle of the windshield. I needed a complete replacement.

Wanting to avoid compromising my no-claim policy, and the subsequent increase in insurance premiums, I was fortunate enough to walk into Novus Glass Macarthur.

Without an appointment, they looked at my car and gave me a quote. Had a brand new windshield replaced within 24 hours.

My point of contact was a man named Casper, and I am grateful for the service he provided and for keeping me informed throughout the whole process.

Had a very positive experience with Novus Glass. Filled out the online form after hours. Jay was prompt to respond and I was quickly booked in for the service next afternoon. Service was completed immaculately and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them.

Call in the morning. Bloke book me in at 3 and out by 4. Quick nice and easy. Hopefully won't be need them anytime soon but if I do definitely will come back
