Since 2020 when my 1st baby was born, Best Nappies supplied all nappies and pants with good price and high quality. My little baby girl was born last year, I used delivery service and it always takes 2 days. Fantastic!

An honest family business with really good pricing on quality baby products that is hard to get elsewhere. Once you’ve tried the Mamypoko/moony range of diapers, you won’t want to go back to Huggies!
Other products like milk bottles, feeding tools and clothes are decently priced too. Really happy to support small businesses like this one.

Great products and competable price with free delivery for order over $80 which is a month supply of nappies. I bought moony, merry and pamper. They're all great.

Great shop for baby and nappy supplies. I’ve been using them for more than a year and every time I received my items quickly. The lady we talked to, Chieko, is very helpful regarding order issues.
Nappies come with manufacturer’s date printed on them and it has always been fresh products.

Be careful, fake nappy.my son get red rush every time he use the nappy purchased from here, but nothing happened for the same nappy purchase from other suppliers. Very bad customer service.

As an NDIS Support Coordinator I have used this company on two occasions now. There won't be a third! First order unfortunately the pay from NDIS was one day later (6days after order placed), but rather then contact the person who placed the order (Myself) there was no communication and order was cancelled on Best Nappies end. I only found out when my 6yr old NDIS participant hadn't received her nappies in over 2 weeks. So order replaced. Second order placed a few weeks ago and despite my clear instructions to Best Nappies of what email to sent the invoice to for payment, they sent it to me! And I was away on holidays.so second order delayed 2 weeks. Order resent and still not received over 2 months later since original order. Best Nappies happy to take the original $102 for the order, and then state that there is now still $5.95 owing. I replied instantly to ask if the $5.95 owing would delay shipping of the order. No reply. Second email sent a few days later following up.still no reply. Third email send.still no reply! Not a great way to operate when dealing with are representative of a large organisation like NDIS. And absolutely terrible customer services when dealing with individuals with a disability: - (

I believe the $102 has been charged but there was still $5.95 owing that I was not made aware of. If items have not been sent to customer yet could I please request a refund back to funding provider. I've been used this company for more than 1yr.
They sent me the old style nappies instead of current style.

Japanese nappy's companies renew the products quite often so I've never seen they sell that old style products in Japan.

I have 1 month old baby.
I tried nappies from this shop and totally not worth to buy them.

My parcel has been soaking in the heavy rain because of their delivery person who didn't bother to even ring the bell. My items were wet and the customer service staff said it was just what I said it was. What an excellent customer service. Regretted not taking a photo before I discard it. Beware buyers. Reason for me to discard the items, because they were masks and now they were all wet in the rain.

Regarding the reply: That will be between your company and and courier company that you had engaged.
For my damage goods that I had purchased from Bestnappies, will be between Bestnappies and the customer. So get back to me about the damage goods. I had sent in photos and replied to your customer service staff but has yet to receive any reply.
