I don't ordinarily write reviews or complaints because I'm lazy when it comes to this type of thing. On this occasion, however, I am making the effort, as I'd like to thank Dan and his crew who did an amazing job with the reset pruning of my five Magnolia Teddy Bears trees.

Dan visited my property a year ago and advised me then that the trees were not ready to be pruned. I was grateful for his honest advice. Others may have just done the job then and there for the sake of quick money.

Dan was onsite to instruct his team at the start and then inspected the job afterwards. His crew were on time, they took great care not to disturb the shrubs planted under the trees, gave the trees a good feed and water and then thoroughly cleaned up. I found his crew easy to talk to and they were super helpful with care tips for other plants in my garden. I highly recommend Best Mate Landscapes and will use them again.

Dan and his team were excellent - very professional, punctual, tidy and good value for money. I wanted a general clear and tidy up of my back area which they did very efficiently. Then we discussed replanting a small area near the pool with low rise, drought resistant, low maintenance, good ground covering plants, and they managed to fit my job in between some bigger jobs just in time for Christmas which was great. I certainly will keep them coming for garden maintenance in the future.
