This is a new and unique business. Although some of their procedures are not yet mature, I have been impressed by their products and approach. I had a kitchen faucet that was losing its black colour in a small region after only a few months. I believe it was a production issue with a batch. Best Homeware and Living swiftly replaced the faulty part, and everything has been perfect since. Nothing more could be desired!
