First time to use this company. Their sales Rebecca has very good customer service and patient to help me to choose the carpet with her great knowledge. The director Kevin came to my place at very late at night just to help me out when i was having a urgent wet carpet matter in water leaking accident. Wonderful service and peaceful minds to deal with best flooring. Very highly recommended for your needs.

Unfortunately, I can not recommend Best Floor and Carpet.
I received a quote from them and decided to move forwards with the quote at a very large sum for some top of the line oak flooring. I had made it clear which flooring I had chosen and paid a deposit.
A few days later, they said they could not get the stock I'd specified and that any other of the same brand would add $4000-$6000 extra on to the quote. I did not agree, as I'd already paid a deposit to secure this booking. To their credit, they did end up finding a similar product at no additional cost.
I had organised a time to meet them, with other parties involved, to which they did not show up. Over half an hour after the meeting time they said they were at the wrong address.
About a week before job commencement, they first said they would have to push out the start date by 4 days - then a few hours later they pulled out of the job because their usual labourer wasn't available, and a new labourer would cost much more, so unless I was willing to pay more than the agreed amount they were unable to do it. I had planned all trades and move in around this flooring, so for them to pull out in such a non-sensical matter was extremely disappointing and has left me in a terrible position.
I was really excited to work with them, but unfortunately in this instance they've left me extremely upset and having to cancel many services last minute, at high cost to me, because of their actions.

We just got our flooring and so happy with it. Would recommend this company to everyone. They were very response, fast and friendly. The guys who installed were very fast and efficient. Thank you for our beautiful floor!

I was very happy with Best Floor and Carpeting. I dealt with Anna at the customer level, who not only went out of her way to assist but was very polite and communicated with me at all stages. The carpet was installed very professionally, looked great, and the place was left in a tidy manner when the job was completed. I would highly recommend using this company.
