I had many amazing experiences with best cuts! The guys were great at doing keritan, cut and blow dry will definitely be back for a colour soon!

The owner have lot if attitude.he never admit his fault even. I show him one colour and he make it completely different colour and then he is like it's fine and it's my hair fault.owful he just ruin my hair colour it was better before. And he don't even admit that it's a different one.i go with lot of expectation and totally dissapointed.

I had my keratin treatment a week ago and you know what it is just a waste of money and time, after first wash which is done by them after 4 days, everything gone, literally everything… i dont know what kind of product they use, it’s 200 dollars washed away in drain. And there is no price card/ transparency.

Had done my hair coloured today! I had no idea which colour to go with my skin tone. Had a good suggestion and idea from the Best Cuts. My hair looks good and smells amazing! I feel beautiful again. Disappointed with the results, despite paying extra bucks than actual price quoted on their display poster. Never going back nor would recommend to anyone dearer.

Wonderful staff. Walk ins accepted. Did a fantastic job on my young daughters hair. My daughter is a wiggly kid and they coped well with getting her to sit up straight and not wiggle about:)

Ruby done my hair. It was highly professional, passionate towards hair care i ever seen. If anyone wants their hair to be looked after this is the place you should consider strongley. I've been to a lot of salons for hair colour, but none of them have ever made me happy, but Michael’s talent never ceases to amaze me.he is the only one I can completely trust with my hairstyle, and not only that, but I've also observed the way he goes about his work.he always makes sure that no one is left unsatisfied, he will make you fall in love with your hair. Michael and his team are kind and courteous!

So unprofessional, how could u mess up a simple straight cut like this. And then tell me you have no refund policy. I am still waiting for their refund when they told me they will refund me but it has been 10 days. When i was there, a lady told me just have to wait 20 minutes, then turned out 1.5 hours.

Been coming to see Michael for the last 5 years and have never been disappointed. I have tried many around the Parramatta area but no one comes close to Beat Cuts. Strongly recommended

I stepped in this Salon reading all the reviews. However, the haircut was done well but the blow dry was awful. For curling hair, you need to have some good tools like a good hair iron or Velcro rollers. You just cant put 4-5 round brushes where all your hair is getting pulled from the roots and you are in a severe headache. Also some feedback for the team:
- Please take appointments incase if any client would like to get the hair done from a specific staff member
- Also, have some standard pricing. Don't stun the client with some big price amount at the end of hair cut.
- Keep the place clean and ensure the hair brushes are clean.
