I was connected with bespoke through Kurt in Linkedin and in the first email got connected with Ashley. She was very professional in her approach, had quick zoom introductory session with me. She help me know the pros and cons of my portfolio. Right untill I signed the contract she guided me in my queries including building up my portfolio, communication and interview skills, follow up emails.

Unfortunately my experience has been a poor one. I've tried to call the office a few times to speak with a consultant and always get told they are not available and that I will get a call back which never happens. Is this the way in which you treat people? I agree with an earlier post they are not the right people to represent you to design companies in Sydney.

Both Olivia and Prue from the Sydney Team and Anna and Marguerita from the Melbourne team were incredibly helpful in sourcing opportunities in the field and level I wanted in a time where there weren't many opportunities available. Their connections brought me interviews with companies who weren't looking otherwise (ones who I never thought I'd have the opportunity to in the first place) and they took all the work out of finding a job; from finding and applying to managing interview times and making sure I was calm and prepared for each interview. They provided valuable insights into places I had interest in and took into account personal circumstances when guiding me through the offers phase. The firm I've been placed at are more than I could've ever hoped for, and I never would have found this opportunity otherwise.
I can't recommend Bespoke Careers enough for people looking in the field.

I am a graduate architect in France and I was looking for my first work experience in Australia. They were very professional yet friendly and gave me excellent advice to increase my chances of finding a job.
In less than 3 weeks Ryan got me an interview and I got the job.

Agree with the other post here on their poor service. Honestly don't waste your time with these people, they are unprofessional. I've experienced the same inactivity and so too has a friend in Melbourne despite extensive crudentials. My advice is work out who you want to work for and approach them yourself. There is absolutely no way this mob can sell you better to a potential employer than you! This agency will make you jump through hoops, at your expense, to appease their clients first and foremost. I approached a firm myself and in time with persistence was made an offer and haven't looked back.

I have approached them twice in two separate occasions for an architecture job, was interviewed both times and told there are plenty of opportunities coming up soon and that they will stay in touch. Well, they never did.

I kept applying for more than 50 jobs listed by them on their website over a period of two months, never heard back from anyone despite being a citizen, having Australian post grad education and local work experience of 3+ years. Wrote to them to politely ask why I have not gotten a chance at all, never got a response back.

It's a waste of time applying for the jobs advertised by them, don't keep your hopes high, because unless you have some 10 years of experience with big names out there, they are guaranteed to ignore you.
They are not here to help professionals looking for a job, only to help their clients so they can get that commission.
