Berry Chocolatier reviews
21 Most expensive Rocky Road in the country. They don't negotiate on volume. $16.50/150g bar (or $110/kg). Margaret River Chocolate Co does it bigger, as nice and cheaper $14.95/250g bar (or $59.80/kg).
Good coffee though.
Reasonably priced and friendly service despite receiving wrong coffee. I didn't worry about it as was almost closing time.
I bought the salted caramel milk chocolate truffles and salted hazelnut milk block - literally the tastiest chocolate I have ever had! I’m a huge salted caramel/chocolate fan and I hate when there isn’t enough salt - but this was the PERFECT saltiness with sweetness. I wish they did online ordering/delivery! Highly recommend!
Best hot chocolates ever. So delicious and cosy. Whether you're having the strwightbhot chocolate or Montezuma it's all good.
Used to be amazing but I think it's changed owners recently. Prices have gone up and quality and quantity had gone down. Maybe just getting used to running a new business.
Turned up at 330pm to be told they are closing had ppl in the shop still ordering. We asked if coffee was still available the girl said coffee machine is off even thou she literally handed a coffee to a lady in front, you think she would wait to service the last few customers before turning it off. We walked out and on our way back past this shop the older women who was behind the counter was talking to her co worker saying we been busy today and I’m not staying open for a $4 dollar coffee. WOW she had ESP, she knew what we wanted to order? We where actually going to get something to eat. But The Berry Tea Shop across from this shop was amazing with their beautiful fresh scones, fresh whipped cream and homemade jam, along with a awesome cuppa tea and not rushed at all. Great customer service at The Berry Tea Shop across from this shop
Decent. We felt like we were being rushed a little - the menu was only visible when we got to the checkout and there was a lineup behind us. The girl was a bit impatient with us.
I had the gold hot chocolate which tastes like white chocolate until I got to the bottom and it was and husband had the Montezuma hot chocolate and enjoyed that - the chilli woke him up.
The serves were large and it cost about $13 for the two drinks. They didn't seem to have a size option. We were bloated afterwards and glad I didn't order cake.
There was a range of chocolate but nothing we set our sights on.
Very good customer service. The shopkeeper was happy to explain and recommend some hot chocolates for my partner and I. She had the French style while I had the Italian.
The French style is more milk, while the Italian one was basically chocolate (it was so thick I feel like you needed to chew it, highly recommended for chocolate lovers!)
Went to the Cafe, Easter Sunday afternoon and the staff were so friendly and pleasant, very refreshing to see such warm customer service from all the staff. Went out of their way to ask my kids about the Easter bunny, which unfortunately we forgot about as we were quite busy! They then gave two choc eggs for the kids which really made their day and mine! Coffee was fantastic and looking forward to eating the rest of the chocolates. Will be back for sure.
Excellent iced coffee with chocolate gelato.heaven in heavenly reasonable price). Very pleasant and helpful staff.
Lovely shop with a really good range of delicious hand made chocolates, reasonably priced, friendly customer service
Delicious chocolate and fantastic service. Today they were giving away caramel slice for free because the chef thought it was too gooey - it was incredible!
Cute chocolate shop that sells some really delicious treats! Lots of options, the hardest part will be not buying all of them and controlling yourself if you have a sweet tooth. Grab a few things and sit outside while watching the world go past and it will be time well spent.
Very nice thanks. A table for two in the sun. A nice hot coffee. Friendly service. We'll be back. Thanks.
Went today and had the best coffee. Paired it with some chocolates which were incredible as well. Absolutely loved it and will be back!
This cute little chocolate shop in Berry is choca-block full of delicious treats. My favourite is the yummy Ruby chocolate; you need to try it. Ask them for a sample. You can also purchase hot chocolate which they can make with almond milk. I had mine flavoured with peppermint.
Wow. Totally worth the visit. There is an excellent and eclectic range of chocolates here. You must go if you are in Berry! The staff are great and were very patient with us as we tried to work out how to buy everything. We got dark chocolate fig, honeycomb, honey macadamia, mint crystal and a milk praline. All so good we ate it too quickly to get a photo. We also bought a small Belgian liquid chocolate shot - then ran up to IGA and bought some cherries and dipped them in - you have to do the same it was too good.
Gorgeous looking chocolates, bought choc coated honeycomb, very disappointed, paid top $ but tasted just like supermarket bought honeycomb.
Indulgence time? Right here are some things to please. Hot Belgium style chocolate is a good start.
Amazing cafe full of chocolates and nice people, would recommend for a nice afternoon tea or for a catch up
