Lovely spot. Only 4 sites. Cost $18. Would have been great except I arrived during a big storm. 3 stars because the toilets not great. Nice walk and close to the river. Only suitable for camping or small rigs.

Cute spot 2 mins drive from Berrima shops. It is good for a stop over to get a breather by the Wingecarribee river while savouring delicious pies and pastries from one of the Berrima Bakeries.

A great stopover place with the doggos.they even got to see 2 horses in the flesh!
Beautiful spot with wattle in full bloom, great little river walk too.
Facilities were basic but good enough. We didn't use showers. We will stop there again for sure on our way south. Thank you.

3 sites. Site 4 is a spot. Bookings needed. Cheaper then accommodation in town. River Walk needs a upgrade.

This is a beautiful area to visit for camping or a quick break. It’s a quiet and peaceful spot to connect with nature. There’s only 4 camping spots that must be pre-booked. For non-campers there’s ample free parking available. You can walk the tracks, kayak, swim, or fish here. There’s barbecues and plenty of under-cover seating as well as uncovered picnic tables. You’ll find a children’s playground and a basic public toilet with cold showers. There are no power outlets here.

Four camping spots beside the river, old but clean and well kept toilets.
Lovely picnic area and children's play place.
~one km walk into wonderful and historical township of Berrima.

Don't think I would come here for a camp. Site 4 is just a joke. Looks like it would be very crowded on a hot day with locals. Spoiling your serenity.

Beautiful spot by river and walk to town. Only limited to 4 sites and need to book! Tight sites but manageable low cost and relaxing if you are fortunate to secure a site it is worth the while trying to book

Very relaxing! The toilet facilities were clean. Forget about showering only cold water. No electricity. Survived a minus one night.think about camping in the winter months.

Great for an overnight stop. Only 4 sites so must book. Short walk to shops which are quite unique. Very busy in school holidays.

Gorgeous camping spot, hidden in Berrima. We had a lovely time with the family and luckily because the reserve is dog friendly, we were able to bring our doggo along!

Nice and peaceful.
Right on the river.

A shame about some of the weeds along the banks.

This has to be one of the best kept secrets at Berrima. It's not sign posted or mentioned in any tourist brochures, I found it by accident. Nice picnic area with toilets, and a relaxing walk along the river with some interesting WW1 history thrown in.

I love the place but it needs to be somewhat maintained.the river walk is impossible with the amount of overgrown bush everywhere

Please don't go here unless you have your own caravan with toilet facilities. All the available facilities are really in bad conditions.

Nice chilled hike, pretty flat and well maintained trail. Interesting signs of previous lodgings from Germans held there during WWI. Tons of butterflies in Jan and saw a few lizards too along the way. River is pretty brown and river views are pretty bushy. Still, had a lovely easy 30 mins walk there and another 30 back.

Tranquil river walk with lots of interesting info about German internment during WWI.

Not really a walk for kids, more suited to individuals and couples who will enjoy the serenity.
