She just has no idea what she is doing.

Everytime i have booked an appointment I am always seen AFTER walk in patients which is pointless why offer appointments if you’re just going to let your walk ins be first preference which is then resulting in me having to wait up to an hour minimum every single time. In fact I once waited in there so long I wrote a complaint and a lady from the office came out in to the waiting room and spoke rudely to me in front of other patients as well as staff after being unprofessional over the phone responding to my complaint. This is not the first time that walk ins have been prioritised over myself or other patients waiting for their appointment as I have witnessed many others on my visits have the same issue and when it’s brung up staff will act like they don’t know what you’re talking about usually. I am a single mother of a toddler and at times booking an appointment is easier as my toddler does not wish to wait hours on end and neither do I as I unfortunately don’t have free time to be sitting there all day waiting so following the sign that you have which clearly states at your counter that appointments are priority over walk ins would be amazing!

Dr uddin KILLED my father. He didn’t look at any of his symptoms, sent him home instead of checking him he went home and died! He is horrible nightmare incompetent doctor. Knows nothing about being a doctor! This doctor could have easily told us to take my father to the hospital cause is incapable of doing his job and my father would have been alive today! I hope you get a taste of your own medicine!

OMG! The receptionist is horrible. She doesn't wanna listen what we have to say but keep on uttering her own nonsense!

I fully agree with the FIRST 14 reviews. This place is terrible. One of the reviews said don't go there. I agree with that too.
On the last three occasions I was kept waiting and waiting. The last time I had to wait for my jab in a crowded room during the height of covid because the doctors were late arriving once again despite me having an appointment. So many times they are late. I don't go there any more. I recommend you DO NOT GO THERE either.

Rang up to discuss getting a plan to help my mental health after a serious accident and was told they are to busy. Couldn't believe it, wouldn't even let me speak just kept saying they are to busy.

Worst customer service and management. Specially the pathologist is very rude and not friendly. I have booked appointment and and reach there, after they told appointment has been cancelled you can come later

Grow up Guys this is not the service people looking for.

Just got out of hospital had 2 seizures all thanks to so called dr uddin who refused my epilepsy medication I suppose I'm not the right nationality for him sorry I'm Australian dr if you are even a legit dr

We booked our appointment for 4: 15pm and waited till 5: 15pm. Poor management. Even afte getting an appointment we still have to wait 1 hour extra over there. They are not even sorry for this.all they say is they cant do anything, doctor is taking long with patients. Unprofessional people working in the sector of health.

The reception was completely rude and totally not eligible to as the medical assistant with her less knowledgeable information. Waiting time was completely speechless wait for more than one and half hour, there was not your turn yet and at the beginning there were nobody at the centre.

Communication lacks, doesn't know how to spell and is lazy when it comes to referrals. Oh and they really open at 9am not 8: 30. Pathetic!

Worst waiting time ever, had an appointment with Dr. Fahima at 10. Even at 11.15 we are still waiting here.

Both doctors are very good. Dr. ABDULLA is very good GP.we are going DR ABDULLA since 3 years.

There was this one REALLY hot receptionist who made the horrible experience a four star experience. Would only go when she's on her shifts.

BOTH DOCTORS- 'if your vitals say you're ok, YOU'RE OK.take these antibiotics and go away.if they don't work and you return, I will suggest you take sudafed but ill print it up on a fancy prescription paper. Why you asking for STI tests, you should not be doing filthy things like having sex, young lady'

Terrible. Do not go here. Told someone to go here since we had no other choice but they were very rude and didn't really care. Do not go here even if you don't have a choice. No point in wasting your time. Should've listened to the other reviews

Both Dr Abdullah and Dr Uddin are great doctors. I recently had spinal surgery and Dr Abdullah was my referring doctor. He always treated me with respect, listened to my worries and I could tell he really cared about me and my situation. Both Uddin and Abdullah are great GP'S, and in glad I found them.

Absolutely appalling. The receptionist is completely rude.
All of the doctors there do not care about your well-being. They do not take the time to listen carefully to your issues, and they try as quickly as they can to rush you out of their patient room. Their goal is to see as many patients as they can in an hour so they make money. Don’t bother wasting your time there.

Pethatic service. Too much wait even if no other patients there. Doctors don't like to talk to patients. Twice experienced.

Dr. Uddin is great. He is very patient and explains everything clearly, and is very thorough. He is also great with my kids. I have seen the other doctors at the centre before and none even compare to Dr Uddin.
